Recently attended my 6 month check up and hygienist visit. As always, a pleasure to see Sue, Frank and the team. Everyone is so friendly and professional. All the team know how scared I am to have any treatment and they have always been extremely sympathetic, caring and very patient with me! To anyone nervous of the dentist, like myself, I highly recommend Bancroft Dental Practice.

The team at Bancroft are fantastic. From start to finish I felt really comfortable, even though I get bad anxiety with anything dentistry related. I went for a wisdom tooth removal under sedation and the whole process was so easy. Around 6-7 days after the removal I had a bit more pain and called the clinic, they had me go in within an hour of my phone call to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend, and I can guarantee no one would ever have a bad experience here, as the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable.

Sue at reception will instantly make you feel welcome and put you at ease, she is extremely helpful and always a pleasure to see. The dentists will explain all treatments clearly to you so you know exactly what is happening, and take your personal needs into account. The practice itself is pristine, and modern. I feel confident it Bancroft’s ability to offer me the best dental care.

Bancroft dentistry Hitchin is an absolutely amazing dentistry. I have always been scared of dentist due to a bad experience as a child. I went to Bancroft in desperation after years of neglect. They made me feel so welcome. They listened to me, taking things careful and checking that I was comfortable throughout proceedures. I felt cared for, valued as a customer and respected. I've been going regularly for a few years now, they know me very well. It's like popping in to see your friends. There prices are very reasonable. Never had any problems getting in touch or booking appointments. I like to smile now, thanks to this great team.

Super easy to book an appointment. Reception staff are so helpful to work around your needs and diary! The visit it’s self was on time without any delay! Lauren was great ! Hygienist - first class service. 45 minutes visit and my smile was worth it !
