She is truly special—so kind, professional, and incredibly considerate throughout the entire visit. Recently, my son experienced an accident that required a more invasive dental procedure, and Dr. Raj was outstanding. I have been going to this dentist practice for over 20 years I've seen it turn from an old historic dentist too a stunning modern and beautifully presented dentist surgery. The new office staff are friendly and professional. I've had great dentists and some not so good ones. I've had Ariella Wulwick as my dentist for a while and she is one of the best, always smiling and a skilled professional with a caring attitude I always feel perfectly comfortable and safe when sitting in the chair and have no problem with her fingers being in my mouth. All in all a class A dentist surgery.

Had a routine dental check-up and hygiene appointment here today. The doctor was very nice and thorough, and the hygienist did an excellent job, taking extra care to ensure it wasn’t painful around sensitive gums. A very friendly and professional experience. Highly recommended!

My experience in the last few months at this dental practice has been nothing but amazing. All members of staff are friendly and professional, especially Dr Nirali Patel with whom I underwent many treatments like fillings, root canal and whitening. Dr Nirali Patel is very knowledgeable and has always gone out of her way to inform me not only about the treatments that I need but also how to maintain the results through proper diet and dental hygiene. I am very happy with my results and the quality of her work so I will definitely be returning for checkups.

After not visiting the dentist for over a year, Dr Nicola Gore & her assistant did an amazing job of easing my nerves and being informative in helping me understand some of the issues with my oral health. I now have a follow up appointment to address these issues, this treatment plan has been clearly communicated to me and I look forward to getting my oral health back on track!

Hygienist appointment with Udita Patel this morning. As always she was very friendly, enthusiastic and puts you quickly at ease. I’m a coffee drinker so always enter with strains on my teeth & it never ceases to amaze how good they look when given the mirror at the end of an appointment. The Air flow treatment really does polish in between all the teeth leaving them looking great.

Just had an emergency appointment at this practice. I am so impressed by the care and service. From the lovely dentist Mrs Patel who explained everything to me about cost and timeline. The 3 lovely receptionist ladies were so efficient and professional but also super friendly and made me so comfortable for a first time new patient visit. Highly recommend this dentist practice.

This is my second hygiene appointment in as many weeks (after my introduction I had my 3 month visit.) I am not a fan of the dentist, I have ultra sensitive teeth. Chloe was a breath of fresh air. I feel like she was my dentist way longer than 3 months. Fantastic treatment, even down to Vaseline on your lips to start. I’ve never had that! Michelle and Chloe are a great team. I don’t mind the dentist as I know I’ll have a really positive experience and top quality treatment. The whole practice is cool, receptionists are all very friendly too. I highly recommend this dentist overall a winner for me.

I saw Chloe today for a hygienist appointment. Her manner was so friendly and kind and she created an open environment where I felt comfortable asking any questions. She constantly checked in whilst performing the clean to ensure I wasn't in any pain/discomfort and made me feel at ease all at times. I could not recommend her enough!!!

I have been coming here for many many years. So obviously very happy. However, recent few visits, prices have gone up quite significantly. I do understand you have to increase costs but the issue is that I am never told of the price when booking my appointment so when I come to pay, I get quite a shock that it’s gone up a few pounds every time. I have no problem with paying the amount but it would be nice to know what I’m paying in advance. Please can you change your system so prices are clearly stated on your booking confirmations.

I have regular treatment done by Dr Mistry and today I went in for a treatment I could honestly say he is one of the best dentist I have seen, he gives you a very good service and does not judge you at all, I would highly recommend him to everyone. Went for my dental treatment and final appointment was today! Dr Kiran mistry was the dentist whom treated me at chrysalis dentist leavesden rd . I must say I felt no pain and he done a professional work and his nurse Nora was very efficient too . Both very polite and understanding.

I don’t normally leave reviews but as a very anxious patient I wanted to express my gratitude to Minesh Patel. I am extremely fearful of dentists and having implants felt impossible for me. My dentist recommended Minesh. I had 3 implants 2 at the top and one at the bottom, a sinus lift and bone graft. Throughout the treatment Minesh made me feel at ease and I was able to have sedation which was the best money I have ever spent. Minesh was very patient with me, explained everything and even gave me his mobile number in case I had any issues. I would highly recommend Minesh if you are a nervous patient. The difference it has made to me is life changing. The Nurse ( sorry I can’t remember your name ) was also with me throughout the process and was very reassuring and kind which makes a huge difference when you are so nervous. If you need implants and are thinking of going for it, I would highly recommend going to Crysallis and seeing Minesh Patel.

I went to Watford Dental Practice for a dental hygienization done by hygienist Denisa and her assistant Ana Maria, who was very nice and kind from the moment we entered the building! The atmosphere was very pleasant and impeccable clean! The hygienist Denisa was extremely attentive and explained step by step what she was going to do! She sanitized my teeth quickly and painlessly! I felt very comfortable throughout the treatment! I highly recommend this dentists office! I had more confidence and less stress thanks to the assistant Ana Maria and hygienist Denisa! Had an operation recently and was very impressed with customer service starting from receptionists who were very friendly & all the people involved during and after the surgery, everyone being so attentive and helpful. Wanted so say a big thank you to the nurse Jan, who looked after me during the day, and to Simon who was very patient with me & helped me to get up& about showing all the physio exercises during initial recovery stage.

Priti the nurse who did my bloods and ECG was absolutely amazing! She put me at complete ease and mad me feel very special! She certainly can take blood without any discomfort at all and no bruising to be seen . Thank you Priti I would come back to you anytime .🙏🏻💕

I’ve used this practice for some time now and would highly recommend. The receptionist ate so helpful, patient and friendly. The Dental nurses and dentists are all so professional, empathetic, caring and so very personable. Saw new dentist this visit, William Beattie, he was fantastic, best service I have ever received at any dentist, he had looked through previous years of x-rays, presumably does this every evening/morning for all the days clients. He showed me the x-rays and the part he was concerned about and explained exactly why. Service was exceptional. Also the young lady at reception Kavita, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Visiting the dentist is never the most appealing thing but these people made it much, much better. Unfortunately hygienist is next, can't stand that. Nothing personal hygienist people
