I chose to move to this dental clinic for my treatments because of Dr Manish, who has been my trusted dentist since my NHS days in London. Dr Manish is an exceptional professional—calm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I trust his expertise and value his honest, ethical approach to dental care. However, the real star of this clinic is Bobby, the receptionist. I had a broken filling and called outside of working hours, not expecting much. To my surprise, Bobby answered and was incredibly attentive and prompt. Even though there were no immediate appointments, he assured me he’d keep me informed about any cancellations. The next morning, Bobby called me with an available slot and arranged an appointment for me, demonstrating extraordinary customer service.
