My family has been with Greenwood Dental Practice for nearly 10 years, and every experience has been exceptional. Dr. Sarah has been our main dentist, looking after both my and my daughter’s dental health with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. When we first met Dr. Sarah, she immediately understood my concerns about my daughter’s dental health. She began seeing her every three months to build her comfort and gradually moved to a six-month routine as her teeth progressed well. This personalized approach has been fantastic. Recently, my daughter also met Dr. Anneliese, who was wonderful in explaining her work as a dentist, making the visit both engaging and educational. I recently completed a two-implant treatment with Dr. Thomas, who is incredibly skilled and kept me informed throughout each stage. After half a year, the treatment was complete, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—the implants have made a huge difference in my quality of life. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, making each visit comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Greenwood Dental Practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I would recommend this dental practice without any hesitation. Anneliese, who is the dentist who treats me, is extremely professional and caring. She takes time to explain any procedures and listens to any concerns. She so obviously has the patient's wellbeing as her main focus. The nurses and reception staff are equally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that the appointment is a positive experience. All in all, an outstanding practice with superb staff!

My whole family has used Greenwood Dental Practice for many years. Recently, my teenage son needed a procedure requiring a surgical exposure with a gold chain attached. Dental surgeon Dr Tom Owen carried out the procedure with great professionalism and most importantly his calm approach was very reassuring to me and my son. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenwood Dental Practice for all your dental needs. The Reception staff are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate patients.

I was greeted by every member of staff and as always, Chloe was professional, efficient, and friendly remembering personal details from previous visits. Lowri is an excellent dentist making me always feel welcome and calm. She talked through possible treatment options for wearing to my front lower teeth without me feeling under pressure to commit.

I had a great experience with Kiss Dental, from my very first - to my very last appointment with my new smile! The practise is exceptionally friendly and supportive with a lovely reception team. I'd had several bad experiences trying to find the right procedure to correct my teeth - ranging from unhelpful bad tempered people on the phone, a clinic which went bankrupt and said they could only straighten my top teeth (!) to a frankly humiliating experience with an orthodontist who suggested "at my age" it wasn't really worth trying to improve my teeth. The first person I met at KD was totally open minded and positive about what could be achieved with my overcrowded teeth with a minimum of evasive procedures. They referred me a colleague, Dr. Omid, who was an expert for teeth like mine. Dr. Omid and his dental assistant Charlie have been a constant source of professionalism and positivity thoughout my treatment. They are such friendly, good humoured people who genuinely make you feel comfortable and welcome at every appointment. They are brilliant at what they do and manage to make the treatment feel exciting rather than scary. Likewise, when I need to have a tooth extracted, Dr Lowri was so kind and talented and made the process totally manageable. I'm so glad I found Kiss Dental just as I was giving up hope of improving my teeth. I now feel so much more confident about my appearance and would recommend this lovely practise to anyone. Also, a shout out to hygienist Alyson Bentley who is funny, professional and super gentle with my sensitive teeth!

The BEST Dentist I’ve ever been to! Over the years I’ve developed a bit of a phobia when it comes to the Dentist. However recently I had no choice other than to book an appointment for some urgent treatment. I was made to feel very safe and relaxed before and during my treatment. They took the time with me while having my treatment, explained everything fully and nothing felt rushed at all. Honestly - the experience was amazing! But how were the results? Hands down - the best I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and the quality of the work is just incredible, I mean INCREDIBLE! I’m smiling more now than I ever have. What I loved most was that, in other hands in the past, I’ve been made to feel as though I was thrown down a hole and sold a ladder. This Dentist didn’t recommend treatments that I didn’t need and worked with me on finding the best treatment based off cost vs outcome. Not just pushing me to the most expensive treatment options - that’s what made all the difference for me. I’ve been twice now and can honestly say I’ve found a Dentist for life. Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.

My daughter was a patient at Cheadle Hulme Dental recently - this is her feedback: I was extremely excited for my Invisalign course but a bit nervous for my frenectomy procedure. I have now finished the course and I’m happy to say I’m very pleased with the outcome, it’s better than I expected following the frenectomy. The staff were so great and supportive towards me because I really am afraid of injections. They were extremely patient and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend

There’s a lot of Dentists to choose from in Cheadle Hulme. I went with this dentist for its opening times as they are more flexible for those who work full time. As soon as I stepped inside I knew I’d made the right choice. The clinic is not just clean, it’s modern and deceivingly big. The staff could not have been more thorough and helpful. My dentists Suzie immediately put me at my ease and Georgie was great in sorting out all the paperwork and appointments. The whole expertise was smooth and efficient with a caring approach. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to the practice today after moving from a dentist outside of the area. Contact on the phone was easy and a convenient first check up was arranged. When I arrived the people on reception were polite, friendly and professional. I saw a nurse/technician? first for a scan then the dentist for my check up. Both appointments were on time. After seeing the dentist it was recommended I also see the hygienist, and an appointment was arranged for later that day. On returning later, that appointment was also on time. All three appointments went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome. Some routine wear and tear work has been recommended and the decision was left with me whether I wanted to go ahead or not. I booked two more routine appointments for the same in six months time, while I was there. Overall very happy with the experience and the service I received today, and hopefully the start of a successful long term service.

We have been with this practice for many years. The staff are all lovely. Today I took my Mum who has significant dementia. They were, as always, very patient with her and respectful. Only criticism is that we quite often have to wait 15 minutes for our appointments even after we have arrived on time. Otherwise, excellent.

Most of the staff that I have contact with are friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with Shane, the dentist that I saw as he was keen to save my back tooth, rather than just get rid. I am very happy about that. Further on, I have just been to see Shane again this afternoon. He was so very gentle with the anaesthetic needle. I could not feel a thing! A very happy patient

I’ve been going to this practice since my two sons were very small. Gill Zverblis is a very caring and warm person whilst remaining professional. She always takes her time to talk through any concerns I have and is always so reassuring as my teeth are ultra sensitive. Both my sons now in their 20s still have their check ups there, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
