I visited the practice to get my teeth straightened & wow I never thought they would look so good! Chris & his team are offering an excellent service. I’m so happy I decided to go with Lotus for my treatment. Chris & his team, Nichola, Natalie & Lauren are offing an excellent, professional & welcoming service. I cannot recommend Lotus Orthondics enough! From the very first appointment, Chris and his amazing team, especially Nicola, made me feel so relaxed with their friendly and welcoming approach. Their dedication to providing the best care was clear and every visit was a pleasure! Everyone at Lotus takes the time to explain everything, answer any questions, and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process…my teeth are now fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! The aftercare has also been excellent. Lotus genuinely care about maintaining your results. Any questions or concerns after treatment were met with the same level of care and attention as day one. I’ve been meaning to leave a 5* review for a long time now! As a dental nurse of almost 15 years who worked here, I can say hand on heart that I have never worked anywhere with as much passion, joy and outstanding treatments as I did at Lotus. They do everything by the books, Chris’ work is the best, the team are more like a family, and their cross infection control is top notch. You will not find anywhere that is as considerate and caring for patients either - they genuinely care deeply for each and every soul that steps into the practice, which I have never seen in all my years of nursing. Chris is also fantastic with and to his staff. It’s truly special. Chris the orthodontist is fun, quirky, kind and extremely professional and thorough - you are in safe hands and he and the team make all patients feel at ease. Nicola and Lauren the nurses work exceptionally hard and care deeply about everything they do, and Pam who works behind the scenes is a star. I only left the practice due to breaking my leg badly, but I loved every minute of it. If you want to straighten your teeth and achieve the best results possible, make sure you see an orthodontic specialist. I guarantee you won’t find one better than Chris.

My family have used this dentist for many years and are all happy and satisfied with the service, so I have decided to join, I have met Hash the new dentist and his team on many occasions and they are always very helpful and professional. He has made many changes to the surgery since taking over, when you are sat in the chair the ceiling view is amazing, he has expanded the business where now you can also have teeth whitening and Botox treatments, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change. I have been a member of this practice for a long time and am more than happy with the treatment I continue to receive. My last visit was for a 6 month check with Hash; an excellent dentist who goes out of his way to put people at their ease and for an appointment with Sabha - a highly professional and friendly dental hygienist - who is clearly invested in ensuring her clients are aware of how to look after their teeth. Would highly recommend.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I moved to Altrincham Dental. Both Dr Natasha and the hygienist, Lauren, are both brilliant! They’re clearly experts in their respective fields but they’re super personable and caring. They listen and always communicate exactly what they’re doing and what’s going to happen to ensure I’m comfortable. The results I’ve been able to achieve with my smile through Invisalign with Dr Natasha has been incredible! I’ve always been conscious of my teeth and I now have a smile to be proud of, thanks to the team at Altrincham Dental. I should also add how friendly and warm the receptionists are (something I haven’t experienced in other practices). It’s like no question is too much trouble for them! I love going to the dentist now and have a great smile to boot! Can’t recommend enough!!

I have been a patient at the practice for many years now. Due to some trauma caused by a dentist in my childhood (not one at Bupa Sale) I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Every time I see a dentist at the practice I explain my trauma and anxieties to them and they are always so helpful, compassionate and understanding and most importantly for me, they respect my wishes as the patient. I cannot praise the staff enough!

Having suffered with anxiety and nerves all my life going to the dentist is a very difficult task. I am normally early to all appointments I have as a way to deal with said nerves, so today was a bad day as I got the time wrong and started to feel myself getting flustered to put it mildly, however the amazing receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name) seen my distress assured me not to worry or panick as she would speak to the Dr (Dr yang) and see if there was anything they could do to accommodate. They did and I managed to get seen by the amazing Dr Yang and I was made to feel comfortable whilst in the chair and all i can say is they went beyond expectations and were so kind and made what could have been a hellish experience for me very pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. 10/10 across the board. Thank you 😊

I had a great experience with Kiss Dental, from my very first - to my very last appointment with my new smile! The practise is exceptionally friendly and supportive with a lovely reception team. I'd had several bad experiences trying to find the right procedure to correct my teeth - ranging from unhelpful bad tempered people on the phone, a clinic which went bankrupt and said they could only straighten my top teeth (!) to a frankly humiliating experience with an orthodontist who suggested "at my age" it wasn't really worth trying to improve my teeth. The first person I met at KD was totally open minded and positive about what could be achieved with my overcrowded teeth with a minimum of evasive procedures. They referred me a colleague, Dr. Omid, who was an expert for teeth like mine. Dr. Omid and his dental assistant Charlie have been a constant source of professionalism and positivity thoughout my treatment. They are such friendly, good humoured people who genuinely make you feel comfortable and welcome at every appointment. They are brilliant at what they do and manage to make the treatment feel exciting rather than scary. Likewise, when I need to have a tooth extracted, Dr Lowri was so kind and talented and made the process totally manageable. I'm so glad I found Kiss Dental just as I was giving up hope of improving my teeth. I now feel so much more confident about my appearance and would recommend this lovely practise to anyone. Also, a shout out to hygienist Alyson Bentley who is funny, professional and super gentle with my sensitive teeth!

Most of the staff that I have contact with are friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with Shane, the dentist that I saw as he was keen to save my back tooth, rather than just get rid. I am very happy about that. Further on, I have just been to see Shane again this afternoon. He was so very gentle with the anaesthetic needle. I could not feel a thing! A very happy patient

We have been with this practice for many years. The staff are all lovely. Today I took my Mum who has significant dementia. They were, as always, very patient with her and respectful. Only criticism is that we quite often have to wait 15 minutes for our appointments even after we have arrived on time. Otherwise, excellent.

I underwent a root canal treatment undertaken by Dr Moheen Khan, following specialist referral. Dr Khan and his Dental Nurse (sorry I can't recall the name) were both friendly and reassuring in manner. The treatment was carried out efficiently while maintaining excellent communication throughout. It was quite a long procedure (2 hours), however, they were both very considerate of my comfort. The service I received was excellent and the tooth felt instantly more comfortable. Thank you!

Barrington Dental Care is a really good practice, I have been attending this practice since the late nineties and have seen various practitioners come and go. Currently (Nov-2024) the set up is really good, I receive regular hygiene care and when I need a procedures this is clearly explained as to what is wrong the treatment and expected outcome. Staff are proactive and friendly and customer service focussed.

I’ve been a patient at Barrington Dental Care since 2021 when I first had implants done, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust any other practice with my dental care. When I needed additional implants and a crown in May this year, I had no hesitation in returning. Monder’s specialist attention and care are second to none. Our 16 year old needed a root canal treatment and when we approached Dr Monder, he was brilliant, put us at ease with his gentle words and arranged to see us at a suitable time. Staff at reception and dental staff Helen were amazing, friendly and smiling. Dr Monder put our son at ease straight away and our son was very relaxed throughout the procedure. Dr Monder and his staff are amazing and we are delighted with an excellent experience at Barrington practice. Amazing music accompanied the procedure which relaxed all of us! I originally contacted Dental Aesthetica for an emergency treatment in 2023 and was immediately blown away by the compassionate, friendly service compared with the other practices I had contacted. The Staff & Dentist's are brilliant, Debz (first point of contact) will do anything & everything in her power to make you feel welcome, she is amazing. I was so nervous even petrified of making the first contact, they were so understanding, very kind and put me at ease. I had a couple of implants done, and from start to finish they made me feel as though I was the only one that matters, they made sure I was never in pain during treatments and gave me everything they could so I would not be in pain or uncomfortable. Yes, some of the treatments left me sore afterwards, but they were there every step of the way. They all put you at ease. They go above and beyond to accommodate you whatever the issue. And most importantly none of the staff, nurses & Dentist's judged. They understand that life gets in your way and sometimes teeth become unimportant and suffer. They are there to fix this. And they will fix this. I just loved them all. Thankyou team.. it's took me 52 years to find a dentist that treats you like a millionaire but without the budget!! Amazing!! Thankyou.

After a terrible previous experience at another dentist I was beyond nervous, Smile Chic was highly recommended to me by a good friend and how glad I am I took their advice, today I had 3 fillings and two extractions in preparation for composite bonding, I was so nervous but every member of staff did everything they could to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible, they never got annoyed with me nor did they get stressed out, I was treated with kindness and respect which helped me massively. Wish I could rate Dr Rad 10 stars!! Dr Rad is clearly a highly qualified, talented top class dentist. After a couple of very old crowns came out, and others looking vulnerable we decided together my treatment plan was for four inplants on the top and composite bonding on the bottom giving me a result that I could not be happier with. Customer service is second to none, super modern equipment and stylish surgery, and competitive fair pricing means I am delighted to highly recommend her services.

I don't think Persheng and her team could do any more to improve the service you receive when visiting this clinic. Service is super friendly, personable and professional. The environemnt is always A* clean and very welcoming. After enquiring about different alignment options, Persheng was honest and transparent about the best treatment route to go down. My case was particuarly complicated due to the amount of movement required. Talk about a delicate hand, I always felt at ease in the chair. From start to finish I was super happy with the process and the amazing results! Commuinications were always prompt and efficient. Appointments were scheduled coveniently around my long working hours. Overall, they have consistently gone above and beyond - Persheng has even personally popped in on a Sunday Bank Holiday so I could pick-up my retainers. Thank you all so much!
