I was greeted by every member of staff and as always, Chloe was professional, efficient, and friendly remembering personal details from previous visits. Lowri is an excellent dentist making me always feel welcome and calm. She talked through possible treatment options for wearing to my front lower teeth without me feeling under pressure to commit.

Sadie had her first hygiene appointment today in preparation for some fitted braces. She is 13 and quite anxious. Chloe explained everything really well to Sadie and it put her at ease. Thanks Chloe

I had a great experience with Kiss Dental, from my very first - to my very last appointment with my new smile! The practise is exceptionally friendly and supportive with a lovely reception team. I'd had several bad experiences trying to find the right procedure to correct my teeth - ranging from unhelpful bad tempered people on the phone, a clinic which went bankrupt and said they could only straighten my top teeth (!) to a frankly humiliating experience with an orthodontist who suggested "at my age" it wasn't really worth trying to improve my teeth. The first person I met at KD was totally open minded and positive about what could be achieved with my overcrowded teeth with a minimum of evasive procedures. They referred me a colleague, Dr. Omid, who was an expert for teeth like mine. Dr. Omid and his dental assistant Charlie have been a constant source of professionalism and positivity thoughout my treatment. They are such friendly, good humoured people who genuinely make you feel comfortable and welcome at every appointment. They are brilliant at what they do and manage to make the treatment feel exciting rather than scary. Likewise, when I need to have a tooth extracted, Dr Lowri was so kind and talented and made the process totally manageable. I'm so glad I found Kiss Dental just as I was giving up hope of improving my teeth. I now feel so much more confident about my appearance and would recommend this lovely practise to anyone. Also, a shout out to hygienist Alyson Bentley who is funny, professional and super gentle with my sensitive teeth!
