I am leaving this review, based on the experience my mother had. My mother is registered to this dental practice as a NHS patient. The receptionist Anna is always very polite and helpful when communicating with my mother. The dentist my mum saw is called Dhruv, he was polite, professional and thoughtful when treating my mother. The nurse Bilal was very polite.
Registered myself and both my children at the dental practice. Anna made the registration process quick and simple, polite and very helpful. We all had our check ups and follow-on treatment, so far so good.
I mean no one likes going to the dentist, but at Damira Docklands you are always welcomed warmly. And all the staff are very helpful, from Anna on reception to Amin the dentist and they put you at ease. I’ve always had a phobia of dentists but I feel very comfortable at Damira Docklands. Would highly recommend this professional/friendly practice
