The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

I recently visited your practice and had a disappointing experience with the dentist (Guilermo?) . Although he may be skilled in his profession, I found his demeanour to be quite rude and lacking in people skills. Overall, I think your practice is excellent, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular dentist. Improving his communication with patients could really enhance the experience.

I've been with Innovadent for almost 6months now and ive had nothing but the best and professional services each time. Ive had a filling done with Dr Jane and she was fabulous, an entire pain free experience, dare I say relaxing. Dr Zaid Al Hanbali is amazing. The Reception team is also very friendly. You can quickly get dental appointments and be taken care of well. Private is the way to go.

I had my filling and an infected tooth treated and the service was excellent. The dentist did a great job and the staff were very nice, accomodating and helpful. Perfect location as the surgery is close to Westferry DLR. I would always go back.
