First time visiting this dentist and it’s amazing. Very welcoming, supportive and smiley receptionists. Same for the dentist and nurse I had today. Very supportive, positive attitude and remained patient with me. Overall the practice is very clean and hygienic.

My experience at Dental Smiles Chalton Street was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the two receptionists, who made me feel completely at ease and right at home. The care and professionalism extended to Abigail and Ina, who treated my teeth with great expertise and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to patient care really stood out to me. Without a doubt, this is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to, and I am truly looking forward to returning for future visits. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great team! I had a really tough visit because of bad anxiety, but the dentist and dentist assistant were so kind and supportive. They gave me time, kept me calm, and made a really difficult experience so much easier. The receptionists were super friendly too, which made the whole vibe of the place really welcoming.

I’ve just had an appointment with the lovely hygienist Roxanna. I am SO impressed! From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, helpful and made me feel so relaxed! I currently have fixed braces and she told me lots of helpful tips on how to keep my teeth clean etc. I have been a bit worried about cleaning them properly since having the braces on but Roxanna guided me through lots of things to help when cleaning them and reassured me. So grateful and I could tell she really wanted to help me as much as possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. Before I found Dr. Mani, I was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off appointments for as long as possible. But from the very first visit, he completely changed my perspective. Dr. Mani is incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. He truly listens and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His expertise and skill are unmatched – I barely felt a thing during my procedures, and he always explains everything in a way that’s clear and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Thanks to Dr. Mani, I no longer dread dental visits. In fact, I actually look forward to seeing him and his wonderful team. If you’re nervous about the dentist, he is the one to go to – I can’t recommend him enough. Truly the best dentist I’ve ever had.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Mark on receptionist is amazing! He made me feel super comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the dentists that saw me but they were professional stars that got straight to it!! Fabulous staff!!!!!!

I’ve been a patient at Dreamsmile for many years now - since my son had Invisalign treatment ( I believe he was one of Dr Mohsin Tehranian’s first patients ) I cannot recommend them enough . I had been scared of the dentist since a child , but Mohsin and the hygienist Cheryl have changed that . They are extremely professional , very friendly and reassuring .They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease explaining any treatment they are doing .
