I have been coming here for 10 years now - initially a very nervous patient when I first came for an emergency appointment way back in 2014 (after not going to the dentist for many years due to debilitating fear of dentists) - I was treated with kindness, respect & reassurance. As a result I continue to go for my six monthly check ups & hygienist appointments- There have been changes to the practice over the last few years but all these are positive- Excellent with nervous patients like me & I’m less anxious & nervous than I used to be ! My daughter needed emergency treatment and I was unable to get an appointment at her previous practice so I took her to an emergency hospital. Eventually when I was able to take her to her own dentist, they refused to treat her for any existing problems as it has been treated by another professional. My daughter was in pain and it was proving very difficult to find somebody who would treat her. Colney Hatch Dental Surgery accepted her immediately and have treated her with such kindness. Thank you so much. Have moved my whole family to the practice and cannot recommend them enough.
