The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. I’m am completely satisfied with the care and treatment I received.

Excellent. Seen on time, friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean environment. My dentist, Mr Romain Prasad, is the best!👍👌🥰. He has been my dentist for over 22 years even though I moved away from his catchment area. I tried one local dentist once only and didn't find her a competitor! He is professional, is an expert and reassuring. He tells you as it is. I strongly recommend him. Thank you Mr Prasad.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Mark on receptionist is amazing! He made me feel super comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the dentists that saw me but they were professional stars that got straight to it!! Fabulous staff!!!!!!

I would like to express my deeply appreciation to the professional and excellent services provided by different Dr. and staff in the ODL Dental Clinic. I was a new patient on Mar 2024. Maggie shown me her welcome smile and assisted me booking upcoming appointments. Dr. Aneta and Dr. Tatiana examined and explained the situation of my teeth and gum in detail. I didn't feel nervous at all. This gave me more confident to proceed further examination and treatment of my teeth in ODL. Dr. Daniel is an excellent and professional practice in oral surgery. He could remove my large and deeply buried wisdom teeth easily. The recovery of my wound was good. Today is the third time that I met Dr. Sarah in ODL. She is a nice and professional orthodontic therapist. We discussed our expectation of the orthodontic treatment. She was so concerned about the health of my gum and provided her best recommendation for me to make my decision. She explained everything in detail and taught me how to use and clean the Invisalign properly. I am happy to have her and ODL. I am looking forward to seeing my new smile :)

I was in London on vacation from the US and had a terrible toothache. After calling several urgent cares, ER dental offices, and the NHS without any help, I finally found the Dental Surgery. Every single person I encountered at the Dental Surgery was extremely nice and accommodating…from the person that answered the phone, to the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and to the dentist Adam Richardson. Dr. Richardson had an amazing bedside manner and was able to help me with my tooth. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable, and provided immediate relief. I had a hygiene appointment with Jessie last week at the dental surgery. It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience. Always very happy with the treatment at the Dental Surgery. Jessie, our regular hygienist, always provides great care and was very patient and caring with my son for his first visit. I have also had treatments from both Kirsty and James after visiting now for 8 years and would thoroughly recommend.

My experience at ultra smile was very very good. Although starting with a different clinician at the beginning of the process and moving to someone new mid way through, the process has been efficient and enjoyable at every step of the way. The team have been friendly and flexible to changing appointments throughout the process and have offered advice and guidance when asked. I am on my last set of aligners and eagerly await the final outcome of the Invisalign process. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had a similar seamless process. Amazing experience at Mansion House Dental. I had Invisalign with Dr Qasim, which to my delight took even less time than estimated at the outset! Customer service is top notch, staff are lovely, clinic is beautiful and in a convenient City location. Everything was thoroughly explained, and Dr Qasim was patient in answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble and treatment was done with care and attention at every stage (which is not the experience many of my friends have had at other clinics where they throw the retainers at you and say see you in 6 months!) VERY pleased I chose MHD, and will be recommending to friends and family - now to show off my new smile! 😁

I've been with dr Qassim Abbasi for a few years now, and I'm nothing but delighted by the experience I had so far! My teeth are generally healthy but worn out, and we developed a plan to minimize the risk and prolong their lifetime. That has required a collaboration with an external orthodontist that Dr Abbasi recommended and I had a very positive experience there too. We finished with my teeth reconstruction last week and I am very happy with the result! The environment at the clinic is nice and welcoming, and I think the price is fair especially at this location.

I recently had a crown fitted by Dr Abassi & I am so pleased with the results. From the beginning to end the journey has been professional and smooth. He took his time to make sure I was well informed on the process and made sure my tooth was handled with extra care. Had surgery for a gum recession at London Dental Specialists near Primrose Hill. Dr Ope and the team were friendly and professional. Treatment was quick and the results have been great! Best dentist I've been to.

I have been to several private dentists in London. LDS is simply the best. Them are professional, nice and very kind. 1) I had a white patch in my mouth. The other dentist (my ex-dentist now) made me scared without giving me any indication, later I discovered their diagnosis was wrong. That’s why and how I found LDS. I called LDS and we had a chat, during chat I felt I was asked sensible questions about the tooth, how it feels and my lifestyle. Chat was free and them called me on the same day – which was very much appreciated, as I was so scared at that time. I went to LDS to doctor Ope next day. Ope made full examination of the mouth, made multiple xrays and photos. Ope explained to me that it is a keratosis and that’s matched biopsy results. Additionally seeing how scared I was Ope kindly provided me advice and support – which was very needed at that time. Thank you =) 2) At London Dental Services them Dr Francesca saved my wisdom tooth. At other private dentist (my ex-dentist now) I was told tooth needs extraction and there is no way to fix it. I had few extractions before, so I know for sure how painful it could be. Besides the pain, there is always best to keep the tooth, if I ever want a bridge or crown there is an extra tooth. Ope at London Dental Specialists is an excellent dentist and a great, positive person, he is the best dentist I ever been.

I was worried at the beginning for the difficulty and complexity of the work required, but it was all worth it. Great job and excellent service. Having been unhappy with my previous dentist who had become world class in billing but were bottom of the league in terms of dealing with people and giving time for clear explanations ahead of expensive procedures, I found London Dental Specialists via Google and made an initial call. I had to undergo two complex surgeries and felt at ease with Ope's style, manner and professionalism when we met. Ope had not only all the relevant qualifications and experience but he took time to explain what would happen, how the treatment would work, financing options and assurances. I was very happy with the results of the surgery, the care and attention throughout from Ope's whole team, esp. Geslaine. Even when I had to be seen at short notice for small emergencies, nothing was too difficult. Thank you.

Hygienist: Smooth booking. Excellent service throughout. Calming atmosphere and very clean and well kept environment. I was quite nervous as I know my teeth had become more sensitive but hygienist Raveena was very understanding and worked around my sensitivities and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth which now look much healthier and a few shades lighter too 👍🏼.
