I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist, but I finally decided to book an appointment with Dr. Dhiren Chavda at Surrey Docks Dental, and now I only regret not doing it sooner! I had a tooth that needed treatment, and the entire procedure was completely painless. Dr. Chavda and nurse Carly were incredibly patient and professional, which made me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. After years of hesitation, I’m really happy that I chose this clinic. The staff here are true professionals, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I also want to highlight the reception team — they were very friendly and made the whole process, from booking to completing the appointment, as smooth as possible. If you, like me, have been putting off going to the dentist, I highly recommend Surrey Docks Dental — the best clinic I’ve ever visited!

Such an amazing Invisalign experience with the whole team here. Mehdi was incredible and always found a way to fit me in despite difficult working hours. Every stage was explained thoroughly and my teeth look perfect thanks to his perfectionism. Chanel and Myla are the most professional reception team I’ve ever come across. So helpful, so friendly, and always welcomed me with sunny dispositions. What a team! Thank you so much again, I’m chuffed!

Dr Adnaan was amazing today. I needed 4 fillings and was so anxious and boy did he put me at ease. He was gentle and so patient with me. If your like me and suffer with anxiety and you need that little bit of extra support, then please see Dr Adnaan. Not everyone has the ability to make someone feel calm, but he is really gifted in this way and I felt totally safe. Thank you Dr Adnaan.

Reception girl Jinky very big smile on her face . in few seconds my mod changed . I usually stressed when I go to dentist. My stressed gone with her smile. Then Nurse Tia called my name with big smile again. She took me to room Dr Phawna welcomed me again with big smile. . She started my treatments and explained me everything with her Polite voice and nice talking. . Amazing experience. I had my own business many year. I know how important all these professionalism . The customer service here is so amazing, every time we attend the staff make us feel welcome, they smile and give us a warm greeting which makes such a big difference to our experience. My wife had months of treatment after child birth, the dentist are always kind, patient and caring. They helped her through the trauma of losing teeth and I could be more thankful for the gentle way she was cared for. Hats off to all the staff for their wonderful service, especially the receptionist Nillar who always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Dentist appointment aren’t usually enjoyable but these guys have raised the bar and we look forward to every single visit. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice enough.
