Absolutely amazing. The communication was great from the first moment I called. The person I spoke to was very kind and helpful with my queries. I was very grateful they took the time to explain and answer all my questions. When I arrived at the clinic, which was very close to the station, the dentist was very welcoming and explained every step of the procedure and risks. I can honestly say, after having had the same treatment at the local dentist several times, this was the most thoroughly done dental cleaning I have ever had. I also want to add that I really appreciate that they advised me against having teeth whitening as a breastfeeding mother due to side effects not known, whereas other people would have done it just to take the money. Thank you to Dr Dumitru and the team. I will book again. I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I recently saw Dr Darsh for composite bonding at the Harley Street Dental Art Clinic. From the first appointment it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Incredible journey from start to end transition!! Post consultation and checks we discussed treatment plans in detail no pressure at all With abrasion forming on teeth leaving ledges as seen on before pic, small teeth and poor alignment I’ve been conscience and concerned all round so went in for composites ten top and bottom with some minor shaving didn’t expect these results !! WOW Whole process was warm and welcoming booked the date was given lots of information to prepare. They were also really friendly which lightened the mood and made the atmosphere so much fun! I was feeling quite unwell during the treatment and they were able to slow down/stop when I needed them to, which made the overall experience perfect. Dr Lam is the best orthodontist around. An absolute professional with extensive knowledge and a bedside manner which is second to none. I wish we had found him sooner as this practice has restored my faith in the existence of medical professionals who take pride in their work and in their patient relationships. Highly recommend.

I recently had a hygienist appointment and Eleven dental were fantastic. Firstly the set up of the practise is more like a boutique hotel than a daunting dental practice. I have been a patient of Gaynor for almost 30 years and couldn't give a more glowing report of the entire practice, wish a special mention to Ruby who works closely with Gaynor. No one really looks forward to going to the Dentist however the quality of the service and approach of all of the team at 38 Devonshire Street make it a really pleasurable experience (as a whole). I have recently met Frances who is now my new hygienist and she has a very wonderful way about her making it a pain free process (even if I have had a coca cola too many!)

Dr David Bloom saw me, did full examination, and replaced one white damaged filling I needed which I went there for. Now I have a perfect tooth again. Then I returned to have teeth cleaning service and Rachel did a very good job. Have to return for more cleans because my teeth need to go through a gradual process of cleaning because they are delicate and I prefer a longer process. It's a good service if you want to be seen fast and receive excellent treatment, the team at the Harley Street Dental Studio will look after you.

After a traumatic root canal at a different dental practice, I came here and booked to finish my root canal with Dr. Adi. He was incredibly kind and patient and met me before to reassure me the procedure would be pain free. It passed by with little to no pain. I visited this dental clinic two days before Christmas because I accidentally pulled out a filling from a root canal treatment. As a student, I initially thought the price was higher than expected, but after the treatment, I can confidently say the service was worth every penny. I chose this clinic because the remaining part of my tooth had significant decay and looked damaged. My previous dentist apparently didn’t clean all the decayed areas properly, which allowed the tooth to continue decaying unnoticed. Dr. Devanshi and her assistant did an excellent job. Dr. Devanshi is very calm and communicates clearly, which made me trust her completely. She explained what I might feel during the procedure, and her steady hands gave me great confidence. The refilling process here took about 20 minutes, which is notably longer than the 10 minutes it used to take with my previous dentist. However, I appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. It felt like they followed a much stricter and more careful procedure. At the end of the treatment, Dr. Devanshi adjusted the filling multiple times—drilling and refining 5-7 times—to ensure I was completely comfortable using my refilled tooth. She was incredibly patient, even when I couldn’t clearly describe what felt off. The result exceeded my expectations. The new filling not only feels more comfortable but also provides better support than my previous one. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I had quite a bad accident which knocked my front teeth out of place and completely snapped another off which exposed my nerve endings, so was in a lot of pain/ feeling very stressed. I managed to book an emergency appointment the next day which felt like a miracle with it being a Sunday. Dr Godwin was an absolute saviour, he talked me through all of the damage that was done and all of the processes that would need to be carried out to fix everything very thoroughly which made me feel reassured once I understood that I could be easily treated. Within two hours my teeth were fixed after undergoing a root canal, teeth realignment and a temporary tooth replacement with bonding. I felt beyond relieved walking out of the practice which I didn’t think was possible having woken up to my teeth being a complete mess, cannot recommend or thank you enough!!
