I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist experience! Since the first phone call for an emergency appointment, until my recovery following the wisdom tooth removal, the service has been fantastic. All the reception staff were polite and understanding. Dr Pedro did an absolutely amazing job. He was very calming, professional and reassured me throughout the whole procedure. The whole extraction lasted for less than 20 minutes and following procedure I had zero complications and very little pain or swelling. Fantastic experience and I recommend everyone to choose Maida Smiles for their procedures.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at this dental practice, and despite my nervousness and having heard horror stories about the procedure from friends and family, the experience was totally seamless. My dentist, Pedro, was calm and reassuring and when I was sedated, the removal was super smooth, and has healed without any issues. Would highly recommend.

Dr Gutierres pulled my wisdom-tooth, and I barely felt a thing. Fast, painless, and all explained well. He took great care to check my medical history. Clearly he is a serious professional, and I would trust him for future dental work.

I have been a service user for 46 years and always had satisfaction of the care of dentists and their staff. Elgin Avenue Dental Surgery is always welcoming with high standard of cleanliness and modern facilities and equipment and knowledge and professional attitude of all the doctors, nurses and administrative staff.

As a dentist myself it is important and an interesting experience to be at the receiving end. Having fractured my tooth the previous day, I called for help and was booked as an emergency the next day. I am grateful for the very friendly and welcoming experience from every team member. I have had treatments by Dr Kamal Kamali and Dr Danny Tran and have been impressed by the thoroughness, experience and the care they take. I feel completely at ease being treated by them, having full confidence in their skills and knowledge. I was put out of my discomfort with my fractured tooth, by Dr Kamali this time, very efficiently. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team for all that you do and the care you give. It reminded me why my whole family also comes here for their dental care.

I have been to this dental practice since 1965 and all the time I have enjoyed excellent care and treatment. Since Kamal Kamali took over the practice he has expanded it and all the dentists are excellent. I always receive a friendly welcome and it’s a pleasure to attend for my appointments.

I finally found a fantastic dental clinic in London. I was thoroughly and extensively treated by Dr. Fernando Madeira (the root canal treatment specialist at Shape Dental Clinic) and all I can give him is praise! How fantastic is my feeling for finding after so many years in London a professional of his caliber! I feel blessed! Thank you Dr. Fernando for all your hard work on my mouth. It’s good to know where I need to go to find you in 6 months time for a check up.

I was recommended to come here after some issues with dental crowns done elsewhere, they fixed my problems straight away with no judgement. Very friendly staff from reception to the nurses and the dentist was amazing and very good at his job. I would 100% recommend and will definitely return if I ever need to 5 stars

5* service all along for my white filling procedure. Easy booking via email with a slot available within 3 days. The white filling procedure was professionally done, really appreciated the doctor being very clear about what he is about to do and why which made me very comfortable. He also did a bit of oral hygiene at the end for free!

Over the years I suffered through depression and neglected my teeth. Out of embarrassment I was hesitant to go to the dentist. I decided I would try and if I didn’t like it, at least I tried. I went to see Krishen Shah, he could not have been more understanding, kind and empathetic. Made me feel so comfortable. On top of that he is also super talented and you can tell he cares about what he does. He did immense work and I was super grateful for his help. I thought he was so good that if he left smile and went to another branch, I would follow him to that branch. Lovely person and highly talented at his job. You won’t find anyone better. I had toothache for about 8 weeks. Went to 3 other dentists who could not help. Christan did a very tricky root canal procedure and saved the tooth which had been infected for a long time. It did not hurt, took an hour and 15 minutes. Eating without pain at last. Many thanks. I am most grateful also to the other dentist Eva who explained another option of an implant. The nurse assisting Christan was knowledgeable and Receptionist welcoming and efficent

My experience with booking was very pleasant. There was ample availability and easy communication. The dentist I saw was patient, kind and provided excellent care. Given it’s so hard to find an NHS dentist, this group seems like a gem.

Lovely people at this dentist. The receptionist is lovely, friendly and funny. All of the dental staff are amazing and really do listen and give options rather than just forcing you into private or simply running you out the door.

My experience at this dental clinic was nothing short of amazing. The staff were so nice and treated me with great care. The receptionist Noshin was incredibly nice and guided me on what to do. Dr Shivani did my check up and was really friendly and professional, and she explained everything to me and gave me great advice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to this dentist for years Dr Rishi is amazing he always gives me good advice and has taken excellent care of teeth. I had my wisdom teeth taken out recently and didn't feel a thing because Dr Rishi is very good at what he does.

New Am a very anxious patient but the care I received was very good. . They provided useful information and I had an extraction and deep clean . I hadn't been to a dentist for a long time due to my dental phobia but I felt more reassured after my treatment at this surgery and grateful fir for their help.

I been visiting Dr. Razia Merali at the clinic regularly and each time the dental treatment I am booked in for has been performed so well, there’s never been any issues afterward. Absolutely lovely staff that are always happy and accommodating. The hygienist is excellent at her job and goes out the way to make sure you have an excellent clean as well as giving sound advice. Receptionist is always happy and smiling when booking and rebooking appointments. All of this adds to a happy working environment and family atmosphere... You know you are being taken care off!!! ;)
