All of the staff at Manor Park Dental Practice are extremely polite and helpful and I have always had positive experiences with this practice. I had a hygienist appointment today and had to bring my young baby. Fatima was very accommodating of this and was excellent with my baby, which I really appreciated.

All the staff are really nice people and always willing to help. The hygienist in particular is a very nice individual, had a conversation with him about my college life. Also he explained really well what I had going on with my teeth. Thank you for the service 😁

My first time visiting here and I just have to write a review. The dentist was professional, made me feel at ease, explained all my options thoroughly and took the time to make sure I was okay each step of the way. The practice was clean and staff were all polite. The dentist will continue the treatment soon but I’m already so pleased with my smile progress so far it has boosted my confidence and have made a lot of progress towards my smile goal. Thanks a ton!! I’ll see how the hygienist goes as that is my next appointment. She was also great with my kids and made them understand in such a caring way! Once again, many thanks!

I’m so happy that I came to this clinic The dentist so helpful and people there are really nice!! So I recommend this clinic for everyone to come, because I when I had an inflammation inside the tooth, doctor came late at the night and made everything to help in that case, I had really good and professional consultation from the doctor, and the receptionist good as well, you can trust people who working there! 🙏

Dr Ali is an exceptional dentist and an outstanding individual. We first met him in 2004, during a dental emergency, and have never considered another dentist since then. Dr Ali's treatments are always painless, and we've never had recurring issues. He provides detailed treatment plans and receipts - which makes it easier to claim from insurance. His warm and personable manner makes every visit pleasant. We highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. He is not just a great doctor but a wonderful person to know.

As someone who is very nervous about dentists, I was put at ease by Dr Amin and the staff at Wisteria House. I had to have a tooth extraction which was a big fear but Dr Amin explained everything and it was a quick and painless procedure. I'm happy to have found such a nice practice.

I have been to a few dentists in the area in my life time and I have to say I have now found my favourite. All staff here are so polite, friendly and professional. I no longer feel like I am just a number. My dentist, Amin, is very good at calming nerves and is very approachable. Intitally there is a long wait list for NHS patients but its worth the wait. Unlike other dentists, Wisteria are good at seeing patients on time and not having to wait and sit for ages like my previous dentist.

I have attended Wisteria for more than 10 years now and they have never let me down! The root canal specialist (Dr Khaleel I think is his name) saved 2 of my teeth and provided me with the best treatment and care. The procedure itself was very comfortable and pain free. I have also just recently completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Sana and she has been amazing. From having my consultation to completing my treatment; she has been ever so friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks Dr Sana! The reception team have been great at booking me in and answering my queries promptly and at times best suited to me. Prices and treatment are well worthit. I am loving my new smile (thanks for the clean and polish aswell) 😀 Will be booking my checkup soon 👍🏼

Aleksandra (reception)was very friendly and efficient at the reception, she made all the appointments brilliantly, you could tell that she loves what she does. Dr Radu provided a very humanized service, explained everything about the proposed treatment, in a very efficient and kind way. The nurse did an excellent job and was very helpful and friendly. Really sorry but very disappointed with the service I got that I paid for. I came in for a root canal and the Dr told me he will do everything to save the tooth which is fine. Now on their website the root canal fee is £240, when they started the treatment they charged me £185 for 2 sessions, then on the third session they charged me another £185 again for RCT. After the third session I have had a serious bad pain that I had to go to A&E because at the third session the Dr didn’t inject anaesthesia before extracting the nerves which caused the pain and a big swell around the tooth area and wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics. Impossible to eat, struggling to drink due to the pain. Now I have to wait for over a week to see another dentist because there is no available appointments, even to deal with emergencies. Very very disappointed. JUST A FURTHER UPDATE Just an update, after this review the boss contacted me privately and offered me a free tooth removal at no extra cost, and the dentist that took the other half tooth was absolutely amazing as well as the assistant that day. I would surely go back to this practice following the communication and consideration from the manager call that showed great following customer service.

I recently visited Dental Space for a teeth cleaning and had a fantastic experience. The clinic is spotless, and the room where the cleaning took place was very clean and comfortable. Nurses Gozde and Alihah were kind, polite, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Huy Nguyen was also wonderful — professional, prepared, and thorough. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and I was impressed with the quality of care. I will definitely be returning for future check-ups and other dental treatments. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency dental implant related appointment. Dr Sandeep Johal and her assistant were amazing. Very understanding and caring and took their time to address my issue.....they even had general conversations with me too which was brilliant imho. Seebia at reception was also amazing. Very polite. I do feel however the cost of the treatment that was done was a little on the high side. I appreciate it's most likely the dental practices fixed costs so this is something for them to consider. The clinic is very clean, looks professional and presentable with soft ambient music playing in the background....a nice touch. Overall, Dr Johal, her assistant and Seebia were 5⭐ This was my first ever visit.

Fabulous dental surgery! I have been going here for years! I have regular appointments here (check ups, emergencies and hygienist visits). I have also had root canal, a tooth extraction and an implant fitted here. Dr Patel and staff are always very friendly and informative! It is easy to get an appointment that suits my schedule and prices are very reasonable! I recommend this place to everyone that I know! Definitely give them a try!

Service is excellent. The shop display is amazing and really well presented. The optometrist Fear, is extremely helpful and takes his time to explain everything regarding your eyes in full detail. The aftercare is superb and any problems get resolved instantly.

My dad had an appointment today with the Dental Hygienist and he can't say enough good things about the experience. Specifically, the Dental Hygienist put him at ease with her considerate and friendly approach. She took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped to calm his nerves. She was incredibly thorough and professional, ensuring that every aspect of his dental hygiene was addressed with great care. Her friendly demeanor made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. My husband and myself received a very professional service all round, in a lovely fresh and clean environment. We both agreed that Nosheen Baig had given our teeth the most thorough clean and polish we have ever experienced! Nosheen was very friendly and helpful, as was the lovely lady on the front desk.

I've been scared of the dentist since a bad experience as a child. As a result hardly went, always different dentists and would have to be put asleep just for a filling. Injections terrify me. Then my friend told me about this dentist. Today I've had my first filling whilst awake, had an injection and made my next appointment. Dr preeti,my dentist is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. She put me at ease straight away and takes her time to tell everything that's going on. I've been going for some months now but today was a turn around for me. At 59 yrs old I can honestly say I'm not scared anymore. I'm never ever going to go to another dentist again. I just wish I'd met Dr preeti a few years ago. And reception staff are fantastic also. 10/10 for smile...

I was genuinely very nervous and hated the dentist when I first came to the clinic. Everyone was so so lovely, it's completely changed my outlook on dental treatment, and I no longer lose sleep the night before through anxiousness. Every member of staff I've met in the building has been so lovely, sympathetic and genuine. It's somewhere I would recommend as highly as I can. I wish all dental practices were like this I felt listened to, the treatment was explained clearly to me and they kept me informed every step of the way during procedures. I'm so grateful. Nzinga is amazing. THE BEST Dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, which made me reluctant to go back to this practice but I decided to change to Nzinga for my latest appointment and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I didn’t know a dentist appointment could be done with so much care! I felt welcomed, she had great communication and she did a great job with my teeth, they’re super clean :D she was very thorough, but gentle. Which is so rare to experience. She set a new standard for me with dentists! In future I will not accept anything less than how she treated me and I will definitely be back. I had a wisdom tooth extraction 2 weeks ago. I was worried going into the appointment but was seen by Gayatri who removed the tooth pain free. Reassured by the dentist throughout the session, I felt comfortable during the extraction with little to no discomfort. I waited a few weeks to leave a review to see how the recovery would be and can honestly say it's been a smooth experience. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience in this clinic. Viktorija took such a great care of my teeth, I thought that it might be needed 3-4 visits to fix my problem, but she did it all in one time (the problem at the end turned out to be smaller), and she did fantastic hygienic cleaning of all teeth. I am very glad for fixing my problems at this clinic and Viktorija’s professionalism. It feels like brand new smile and 0 any problems! Dainius
