I’ve been at Phoenix for about 6 months now. My old dentist was ok but they kept ignoring concerns I had and the receptionist was rude. Phoenix has been the complete opposite, the guys at reception are super friendly and always helpful with appointments, and Matt is very professional, thorough and takes my concerns seriously. I’m just about to start a course of Invisalign alignment after Matt noticed my bite was in an unfavourable position and was cracking/ wearing away my lower teeth - something that my previous dentist had brushed off. All the preliminary appointments have been informative and I always leave the dentist feeling confident about the next steps.

Has the absolute best costumer service, catering to your needs and budgets and entirely helpful! Only good things to say! The dentist is absolutely perfect at his job, paying attention to detail and listening to comments while also creating the most welcoming environment!

I highly recommend phoenix dentist for their professional services from the staff at reception..Miroulla and her team, to Dr Kalpesh and Helen , Dr Kalpesh explained everything in great detail of all the treatments I needed doing and made sure I was happy with the results, after nearly a year of treatment and tooth whitening I am so happy with my results that I’ll definitely will carry on with phoenix dentist.
