Have been coming here for 15 years (not location but Inus as a specialist) and cannot fault the place. Ultra friendly service from Teresa always makes me feel welcome, and sensible prices. I use the hygienist when possible too as a bolt on to my appointment as I live quite far away, but I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Clean, polite and everything you would want - going to the dentist shouldn’t be this much of a pleasure!

I can highly recommend this dental practice. Cara, the hygienist, is extremely good at putting you at ease. She is very thorough and takes time to explain any issues and offer advice. The practice is well run and Theresa, the receptionist, is professional yet friendly, greeting all patients warmly.

Inus was incredibly helpful and informative. He was always very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything he was doing whilst conducting restorative treatment to my tooth, following an accident. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

The surgery is always spotlessly clean, the staff friendly helping you to feel at ease and confident in your treatment. Pieter is a true gentleman, extremely competent and will definitely offer the best service to help you. I would recommend their service to anyone that requires their specialist treatment.

Great service all round. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and chose the non-sedation option. Mr Chopra was so good I didn't even realise he had pulled the first one until he started stitching the gum. Thoroughly recommend.

I had my first wisdom tooth extraction by Mrs Sarita Chopra at Highland View . I was put at ease as soon as I entered the practice. The procedure itself was fairly painless, the tugging and the pressure on the tooth was bearable for me. Mrs Chopra did a great job . I would not hesitate at referring anyone to Highland View.

My Chopra was excellent! I had to have surgery, and I was so nervous, but he reassured me from the initial consultation right through to the procedure on the day. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend this practice and Mr Chopra. The dental nurse was also very good. I've also used the hygienist and she was very helpful and honoured my requests due to my worries. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful too.

Absolutely amazing. Having a fear of dentists, and bad anxiety they knew this and really helped me during my visits. All the staff are so friendly, and can’t do enough for you. No issue is too much, no question too silly… Friendly, welcoming, gentle, kind, caring… I can’t praise them enough..! Everything from start to finish is explained in great detail. Very nervous Mum who has not visited the dentist in a very long time due to the pandemic and other anxieties. Karen was extremely helpful and patient in finding an appointment and supporting the future appointments for the treatment plan. On Friday, I had a filling done by the brilliant Dr. Paul and his wonderful dental nurse, Rosie, at St. John's, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding care and expertise. As someone with extreme dental anxiety, I was dreading the appointment, but their patience and kindness transformed what I feared would be a daunting experience into an unexpectedly positive one. Dr. Paul’s work is nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he replace an old, poorly done filling I’d had since childhood, but he also meticulously rebuilt my tooth to perfection, matching its color so seamlessly that it looks completely natural. I struggled to find the once rotten tooth in my mouth, because the work Dr Paul completed made it indistinguishable from the rest of my healthy teeth. His attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best result left me genuinely amazed. He explained every step of the process with such calmness and clarity that I felt reassured and in the best hands throughout. Rosie was equally phenomenal—her warmth, attentiveness, and constant encouragement made me feel supported and at ease from start to finish. She checked on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable and helping me stay calm during the procedure. Their teamwork and genuine care are truly beyond compare. I visited Hainault Gentle Dental Surgery today to have a broken tooth repaired. As a nervous patient, I can only say that I was treated with great care. This dentists is absolutely fantastic. The care that you receive from start to finish from everyone from your initial interaction with the receptionist, through to the dental assistant, right up to the dentist is second to none. A fantastic experience, and definitely the best dentistry I have ever experienced.

The receptionist “Julie” is such a lively, helpful and lovely lady the care me and my daughter had received was super amazing our dentist was Dr.Vince and I was very happy with his treatment and advice he gave me and my daughter. I have never had a dentist sit there and take the time to explain treatment the way he did. His nurse Mahro was very helpful made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Reception waiting time is minimal, best to book online first for any kind of consultation or procedures.

I’ve had several root canals, teeth hygiene’s and fillings almost two years ago. Dr Alexandra did a great job, I have no issues regarding my teeth, they are in great condition now. The team is very professional and friendly. It’s a pleasant environment and I never felt any pain or discomfort. Highly recommend, I live far from this clinic but I refuse to change because they are the best.

I am patient for the clinic since 2019. I would like to say huge-huge thank you to Rasa, who showed an incredible support, and outstanding kindness when I needed it most. I have never met someone more empathic. Thank you very much. The doctors who made my filings - truly do have golden hands. In particular doctor Alexandra. Dr Alexandra's filling is piece of art. It is on my front tooth. Before I had to replace it every 1-2 years, but it is 5 years since Dr Alexandra made it and it looks like a new. Thanks to doctor Adrian who's filling is tip-top condition for several years now and who does the best tooth hygiene. Thanks to doctor Maria who has recently placed a filing to me. Was great and painless at all. Filing looks tip top condition. I would highly recommend the clinic. It is definitely worth it.

Malmin has been our Orthodontist for a while now and always each member of their staff has been wonderfully helpful. It would be great if appointments outside school hours or weekends for kids are made available to make life a bit easy for working parents. Our treatment is ongoing so we look forward to a successful finish in the future.

I was very satisfied with the appointment. It was my daughter’s first appointment, she is 2 and I really liked how she was treated. The doctor waited us patiently,she was very polite and smiley,helpful as well. Very nice experience.

Will is a great dentist, I was nervous about going to the dentist but he made the procedure really calm and relaxing. He spoke to me about all the options and when we actually did my teeth I am really happy with the result, they look natural and my gaps have been filled. I can always go back and change them too which is great. 10/10 would recommend :)

Just completed my treatment with Dr Will Holmes including Invisalign, whitening and composite edge bonding. The whole process was months quicker than anticipated. The service was seamless and I felt really well looked after. I'm so pleased with my smile after the composite bonding.
