I have visited for various appointments, including hygiene, fillings, and Invisalign consultations, and each experience has been excellent. Booking appointments is a breeze, and Dr. Ardalan explains everything clearly and reassuringly and readily answers any questions.

Ideal service, even more so in my hour of need. After a tooth broke, I was booked and seen speedily, diagnosed and treated, as ever very courteously, friendly, professionally, thoroughly, and everything was explained: immaculate service.

From the minute I walked in to Shirland Dental Practice to the moment I left, it was a 5 star experience. Being of an anxious and nervous disposition this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist. Upon entering I was welcomed by the receptionist Maria who was warm, lovely and very welcoming - Maria made me feel at ease straight away! I next had a consultation with Dr Hamsa Mansour who is experienced and knowledgeable, Dr Hamsa fully explained what I needed to have done and also reassured me that the work would be only what is critically needed, not like previous consultations I have had in the past where the dentist has carried out unnecessary work. When I came back for my dental work appointment, this was carried out by both Dr Hamsa and Dr Leda, the work carried out was professional, straightforward, quick and pain free. Never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next appointment already! Highly recommended – if you are unsure about where to go for your dental work pop in and have a chat with the team and I am sure you will be as delighted as I am!

My experience with this practice has been nothing but exceptional. The receptionist Connor is nothing but friendly and tries to accommodate my busy diary where possible. Dr Hamsa the owner has a friendly and reassuring approach. Big.shout to Ben who gave me two fillings and has saved me from root canal. The hygienist with a deep clean, my gums and teeth have never looked so clean. From fearing the dentist with bad childhood experiences, I feel much more relaxed and at ease with this practice.

New Dental Practice in Queens Park you didn’t know you needed. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The decor is so inviting and relaxing. The patient bathroom has the wow effect, yes gets a 👍🏾 up from me. It’s almost worthy of the obligatory bathroom selfie 😁, I however resisted. State of the art equipment even got a scan of my teeth ( that was amazing). But… back to what I went in for, a dental check up. Dr Ben was nothing short of fantastic. Very calming in his demeanour, he made you feel relaxed instantly. Great service, very reassuring, explained in detail (plain English) what he was going to do, why and what was needed. I got a clean bill of Dental Health 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. I definitely recommend a visit.

She also was able to point out other issues that I was having, identified a fracture that needed filling, and recommended a regimen to help me maintain my gum health. Re:Nu & Latha have been amazing for me & my teeth. The clinic is very bright and inviting but also full of up to date tech and machines. Latha is so clear at explaining what needs to be done or suggesting improvements when helpful. The atmosphere is one of patient first, supportive, informative, caring and expert led. My teeth have never been better. My daughter is now also a patient and has no fear of the dentist! I couldn’t be happier with the service or results (and I’m now considering some of the non dental services offered based on my experience to date!)

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to answer my questions about the process. For the procedure itself, all the tools used were new and individually packaged, they were careful to apply a protective layer to my gums, and they refreshed the teeth gel during the session. My teeth definitely lightened a noticeable few shades afterwards. All in all, professional and quick and painless.

Absolutely brilliant session! Started at 1:00pm and within an hour I was done! Walked in, offered a seat, water (Voss sparkling by the way), and was given the forms to fill in. Not only do you walk away feeling great, she is one of the better hygienists in London - gentle, and cautious of any sensitivities. My partner went for an emergency procedure on a Saturday. She had to have an initial part extraction done by one of the dentist and needed follow up surgery done on the same tooth two days later. The dentist and the clinic were highly professional. Everything was done to a very high standard. I am fully recovered and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I broke my tooth in half and after researching for an emergency dentist around me I found Bayswater Dental Clinic. To begin with, I hate needles and dental treatments but Dr Motahar made me somewhat relaxed, with the way he investigated into the extent of the 'damage', the way he had a thorough discussion with me with regards to the options for my treatment and made me understood what needed to be done. During the process he made sure that I was not experiencing pain and discomfort. I was travelling the following day and he did as much as he could to ensure that I won't have any ensuing problems during my travel. I'll be back in London in November and I'm looking to pursuing a permanent solution to this particular tooth. Thanks guys for looking after me.
