Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Well organised, and efficient practice with some very capable dentists. I'm an NHS patient but get excellent service. My current dentist did a filling for me while attending a checkup last week, saving me days of discomfort and a further appointment. They also seem very friendly and positive.

Dentist was clean and well presented, parking a bit difficult. Hygienist brilliant made you at home. Receptionist very helpful. Would of preferred the old practice. But booked again.

Sunny is fantastic and is always so thorough whenever I visit. He communicates everything so clearly and I always feel like I am getting the best advice. I would recommend Sunny to anyone. Kerry was also great and made me feel welcome.

I have found Darren Bywater Dental Care to be Really friendly and informative, regarding their staff. Always happy to chat and make time for you regarding any enquiries or concerns you may have. I had Dr Gurwinder for my dental checkups and for my teeth whitening process. I have found him to be nothing but professional and friendly, alongside being willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. I both recommend him and the practice itself to anyone looking for dental treatment.

I began the Invisalign treatment in February 2024 to straighten my uneven teeth. Under the guidance of Dr Anna Jankowska , my aligners were checked and amended regularly. Brilliant process..nobody knew the aligners were there as they are completely see through. All my teeth were straight by the end of November and the aligner attachments removed early December. Best Christmas present to myself ever!!

I have recently been to see my dentist Dr. Jankowska and my Hygienist Meghan MacKay, both of whom are extremely friendly, professional and caring. Everyone I have come into contact there has been kind and welcoming and I would happily recommend this practice.

I have been using this dentist for around 20 years now. My only negative comment is that my NHS dentist became unavailable due to leaving the practice resulting in me having to take out a dental plan. I have gum disease and Meghan the hygienist was instrumental in suggesting I find a periodontist which I did. ( That costs me more money and have had two lots of surgery and deeper cleans with ongoing visits). I also have a stringent daily cleaning routine so we work together on my gums and teeth. I need regular cleaning so the dental plan covers 4 cleans a year for me which is what I need (I am paying less at Ripley with my dental plan than I was before on the NHS for the things I need) Meghan has been amazing looking after my teeth until I got set up on the plan, she advises, discusses, follows up from where we left off last time ( this reassures me that I am not just another person, she actually plans fir my visit). Thank you Meghan. My dentist now is Anna who is lovely she has made me a night time mouth guard and fitted me a beautiful crown in a broken tooth. Again I can’t fault her practice. Thank you Anna. Both are extremely professional, put me at ease and explain everything really clearly so I can make decisions. The reception staff are also very helpful when booked appointments etc. Not much we can do about the NHS situation, but my win is that after all the work I have so far managed to keep all of my teeth as a result of Meghans actions. The only reason I scored 4 is because of the NHS situation which is no fault of the Dentist. Big fat 5 for service.

Great service at Dale Road Dental Practice today. Barely sat down before I was called in for my appointment. The staff are friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr Rae is always cheerful and has plenty to chat about, a thoroughly pleasant experience considering it's not one I ever look forward to, especially on a Monday morning! 😊

Good morning, sending feedback about my appointment with you yesterday. As I mentioned, it was my first visit to a dentist since 1974, owing to a phobia I have had, so was very nervous, prior to my visit. However, the kindness and understanding shown soon put my mind to rest, and I was feeling much more relaxed during the appointment. I am pleased further appointments are now booked, and that I will actually be able to smile at people properly again without fear of looking like something from one of the old ‘Hammer’ horror movies. Love these guys , after smoking for years I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and it makes a huge difference , painless and always feeling fresh . Did I tell you about my lips.?? For the first time I have defined lips , just enough to give shape and detail it was skillfully done by Sam. Would definitely do again ... ps I'm a man who works in construction .

I cannot recommend Kev enough to anybody looking for a friendly, personable and reliable dentist. I’ve had clear correct, whitening and composite bonding carried out by Kev and at each stage of my journey he has gone above and beyond. Kev instantly puts you at ease as opposed to other dentists where I’ve previously felt nervous. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else now and I cannot thank him enough for the impeccable job he has done with my teeth. 😁

Always a considerate and caring experience whether it be from Medeea or one of the fantastic hygienists. Routine check ups, occasional fillings and emergency appointments have always been carried out so well. Cannot fault the service… always with a smile and so conscious of my low pain threshold!

I have been with this practice many years, since well before it was St Oswald House Dental Practice. Despite changes of dentists and hygienists over the years, I have complete faith and trust in the teams. Receptionists are really friendly and really help in times of "tooth" trouble, so you get seen as quickly as possible. I've been registered here for many years. Excellent dental care from my Dentist Lucy, who did the most amazing composite filling on my front tooth when I cracked it. I had a tooth extraction as an emergency a few years ago with Patrick, completely pain and trouble free. All the staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Super practice. Well done team in these very difficult and testing times.

I have been visiting this dental practice for a number of years now. As first points of contact, Nicky, Shane and Kathy, the receptionists are so kind and friendly. They go out of their way to put people at ease and to try to fit appointments to suit their patients. All of the dentists who have treated me have been excellent. I also visit the hygienist, Heather, who is highly professional with a very warm personality. She is extremely good at putting people at ease.

Had to use this dentist as an emergency patient twice in 3 weeks. First was to remove a broken wisdom tooth. The dentist Mr Fields was really calming and put all my fears at ease as I was scared stiff. The second time was due to an infection in another wisdom tooth area. Again the dentist Mr Masterson was really calming and put my nerves at ease. I can not thank this practice enough.

Visited Dr. Nikita Mehta today for my two daughters (9 years old and 7 years old). They were feeling quite anxious since we haven’t visited the dentist due to COVID. Dr. Mehta was nothing short of excellent. Compassionate, gentle and she really was able to explain every step of the visit to my daughters. She removed plaque build up on my older daughter and talked about a long term plan for alignment of her teeth, which is helpful to me as we plan her next few visits with Dr. Mehta. Follow up on X-rays and a plan forward to help with two small cavities was clearly communicated for my younger daughter so clearly. The practice also is so soothing, nestled across a park, the girls had a quick play in the playground. Such a great experience! Def. A family practice for all.
