I can not praise the staff at this practice enough. They all seem to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I came in for an emergency appointment and was seen by Nish. He really made me feel at ease and got me out of pain. His nurses Ramona and Hanna made me feel relaxed as I was quite anxious when I came in. Thank you again Steeple Grange

My story in short. I lived with a problem tooth for 4 years, for 4 years I had not eaten food with the left side of my teeth, for 4 years with pain, infections and torment. My dentist damaged my tooth even more and it became more problematic. Then another dentist caused me a huge trauma in my life after he tried to pull it out, even the anesthesia didn't catch me and until I screamed in pain he still tried to pull it out and finally stopped and left the tooth and sent me home like that with pain and huge trauma. After such a long time my dentist refused to pull it out and sent me to the clinic Steeple Grange Dental with Dr.Zaki Kudsi. Dr.Zaki Kudsi and the nurse are super great professionals, attentive, respectful and very kind-hearted people. For them, the patient is important and that the patient feels good and calm, they give everything of themselves and great care and attention. Even after my great trauma in life, they managed to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and in 2-3 minutes my tooth was extracted without any pain or tension. I simply have no words for these kind and professional people, all the best words on earth are too little for them if they were to be used. After 4 years in a dark corner with no way out in pain and suffering, Dr.Zaki Kudsi showed me the way out and the light, for which I thank him from the bottom of my soul. I wish him and the nurse to be very blessed. The gift of kindness, professional attitude and work they have is at the highest level I have ever seen,everything was so wonderful and peaceful during the procedure and the care after the procedure before they discharged me. I am just speechless these people are the best and greatest professionals I have ever seen. After 4 years with the huge thanks to Dr. Zaki Kudsi I finally started eating with my teeth on the left side of my mouth and I am so happy I am speechless. May God bless you a hundredfold and I wish you all the best in life. If you suffer from such trauma or if you are scared of dentists and procedures, I highly recommend Dr. Zaki Kudsi and his sister, they will make you feel super relaxed, they will take great care of you, the procedures will be quick and painless, and they will discharge you with care and a huge smile on their face. Steeple Grange is a very professional smartly presented dental practice. Dentist Nick Thorburn is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my 50s so I've had a few. His manner, the way he explains every detail of your treatment puts you at ease immediately and his work is just the best. I've never been happier with my dental care and would certainly recommend the practice and Nick to anyone.

Having been told by a previous dentist that it would probably be difficult to remove the root of the tooth as it was near my sinus and there was little of the actual tooth left above the gum line, I self referred myself to Dr Zaki. I am so glad that I did. For the first time, I had pain free injections to numb the area and he managed to get the root out without it breaking and with little damage to the gum. He is very professional as are the rest of the staff (particularly the receptionists) and the practice is so well presented.

I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. I was very impressed with my visit today. My appointment was to see the hygienist who put me at my ease straight away & had a very calming & friendly attitude. I normally get very nervous about going to any dentist as it’s usually a very painful experience. I was completely amazed how efficient & careful the hygienist was & I didn’t feel any pain during my scale & polish. I fully recommend Belper Dental Practice to anyone

Had been dreading my referral for a 'difficult' extraction my own dentist was unable to perform. The dentist Gurd was quite possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met. He talked me through absolutely everything and the actual extraction was straightforward, quick and totally painless. He is an amazing dentist. A very positive experience indeed.

A pleasant visit as alway, always clean and welcoming. Karolina is such a lovely dentist and always puts me at ease even when i know i need a dreaded injection! I can't recommend this dental practice enough.

First visit to the dentist in 8 years, so to say I was nervous was an understatement. But Maddy, Erika, Kayla and Freya really looked after me. So kind and really kept me calm. Westdale dentist has been absolutely fantastic for me. They have booked me in for appointments and so many times so far this year I’ve had a cancelled due to work commitments. They have been excellent with me. They have not charged me for missing appointments as long as you communicate with the practice with notice if you can and be very polite they will be very helpful with you and understanding.

Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

Such friendly and reassuring staff. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Excellent dental service, with modern approaches. All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

I had a piece broken off a back tooth, no pain. They fitted me in very quickly. The Dentist and staff are all amazing. The dentist is very gentle and caring, he explains everything and gives options, not necessarily the most expensive.(As some dentists do). I would highly recommend them.

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

I was really impressed by the service today, last visit was 2 years ago. I received a polite welcome at reception, didn’t have to wait long to be seen by my Dentist Shahzad Ahmad. He was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease, was very thorough with my history and examination, kept me informed the whole way through. Gave me some really good advice and tips. Would 100% recommend, thankyou!

Excellent service, and the receptionists and dentists are always friendly. The dentist always discuss the option before going ahead with the treatment, and also make sure that I am happy with it. The only downside to this practice is the parking space as it is too small, and it's very difficult to find space. Apart from that, great experience every time, so thank you.

Having endured significant pain from one of my teeth, I was therefore delighted to request an emergency appointment, the following Wednesday was offered and taken. The decision was made extract the tooth, which was achieved under anesthetic, early days, but grateful for the speedy response.

Had my 6 monthly check up today and I must say I had the full works, Shahzad was very thorough indeed. Took the time to explain to me in detail what we was seeing on the xray and I felt very well informed and impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.
