We need office cleaning across London for various locations and this professional cleaning company does them all, we tried others, but this commercial cleaning team is second to none and keeps our offices looking wonderful.

Used this commercial cleaning team for our office cleaning in London, they offered flexible working hours to cause us minimum disruption, so we will use them again.

Over the past few years I have used Pure Concierge and they have never disapointed. From basic cleaning, deep cleans and now a weekly service for my elderly aunt. My aunt described Tan as a breath of fresh air and does a fantastic job. But I cant just thank Tan, Lindsay and the rest of the crew have been great and I want to thank you all for your support, and more so for helping my aunt when she was in a bad spot a short time ago. Every week we are informed what time the housekeeper will arrive the night before she is due. If a housekeeper is unavailable or a different day is required the manager discusses alternatives in good time. All the housekeepers arrive on time, are friendly, efficient and work hard. All the rooms in the house are always left immaculately clean. When we were away on holiday we left a list of additional jobs such as cleaning windows, cleaning cupboards in kitchen and thoroughly cleaning the conservatory. All were completed to a very high standard. When we returned home it was like stepping into a room which had been prepared for check in at a 5 star hotel. We are very pleased with the high standard of service provided and highly recommend this company to others.

Hello, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tan for my clean on Monday. I went away for a night and came back to a lovely clean and tidy house yesterday. I can't thank her enough and can't believe how much she achieved in the 2 hour slot. She was super warm and friendly too in the short time I met her and made me (and the kids) feel very comfortable. Ross cleaned my mum's shared drive with her neighbour and both their front gardens. Ross is professional and friendly and gave us the best service. WhiteWash was our cheapest quote and the only quote that included finishing the block paving with a layer of sand, ensuring weeds and moss are prevented from growing. The drive is a lighter colour now and my mum who is partially sighted can see it much better. My mum and her neighbour are both delighted and would definitely recommend Ross. Ross visited today to jetwash my block paving driveway. Ross arrived on time and quickly got on with the job in hand. My driveway was very dirty and had lots of weeds and moss growing in it. This did not deter Ross in anyway and he turned my drive back to its original condition transforming the whole front of my house.his workmanship and courtesy to both mine and my neighbours property was outstanding. Ross was punctual, flexible and lovely to work with. He did a really thorough job of our stairs, landing and 4 rooms. Carpets look fresher following dusty building work and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Yinka and team did an excellent job in deep cleaning our property. The Old tenants had left the property in a very bad condition but the team worked very hard to make it spotless. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding and I would highly recommend.

Extremely professional, the best in London.

We have been a customer of Minster Cleaning for just over 3 years. They were brilliant at providing additional cleaning during the pandemic and we have kept this going. Over this time we have had a few cleaning staff and can say that we have always been able to get our premises cleaned during absences as Minster has quickly put a replacement in for us. We have a small site but have high usage of visitors in all areas and infection control has to be of a high standard. We were recently lucky to have an experienced member of the Minster team working for us whilst they were recruiting a new member and staff. Luckily for us he decided to stay with us and has made a big difference to the cleanliness of all rooms; the bonus is that he does it with a smile too and feels like part of our team. Thank you :)
