We have been a customer of Minster Cleaning for just over 3 years. They were brilliant at providing additional cleaning during the pandemic and we have kept this going. Over this time we have had a few cleaning staff and can say that we have always been able to get our premises cleaned during absences as Minster has quickly put a replacement in for us. We have a small site but have high usage of visitors in all areas and infection control has to be of a high standard. We were recently lucky to have an experienced member of the Minster team working for us whilst they were recruiting a new member and staff. Luckily for us he decided to stay with us and has made a big difference to the cleanliness of all rooms; the bonus is that he does it with a smile too and feels like part of our team. Thank you :)

Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. They completed all the items on their checklist and did a very good clean of the oven and carpet. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a EoT deep clean.

Where do I begin.. the house has been left completely and utterly spotless. I have never experienced a cleaning service so thorough, with such immense attention to detail. They made sure everything on the agenda had been completed, and went over and above with the quality of the clean. Juan, Kimberly and Karla were all so lovely and made sure they conducted all their services to the highest professional standard. We've used ADN Cleaning Services for a thorough cleaning prior to moving into our new flat, and we were very happy with the result! Everything was spotless and it was definitely worth the money. The only slight criticism I would have is that the information on the website when booking the service doesn't seem to contain accurate timings, and I was only informed on the day that the whole thing would take around 8 hours. So definitely double check timings with them! They were very responsive and friendly though when I called them back, so overall no big issue, and I'd definitely use them again!

I was looking for an 'End of Tenancy' professional clean for my flat so I went online, contacted a few companies with excellent reviews and got some quotes. ADN offered a competitive price, they were easy to book and didn't demand payment upfront, which was reassuring. I booked over the phone with Jonathan (who was very helpful) and had a team of 3 staff for the day. The team did an excellent job, they were professional and were easy to liaise with. Servicemaster found a local to clean our 2 halls and office, they were very professional in all dealings prior to taking out a contract with them and have remained so. The cleaner is very efficient and the halls have now a much better appeal to hirers. My office has never been cleaner! They will soon be taking over our window cleaning too. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and yet very personal touch to what is a very important aspect to our halls. Long may it last.

Good price and availability. Cheerful, enthusiastic cleaners. A word of advice for those planning for carpet cleaning... Choose a hot, sunny day as the drying process takes about 6-8 hours and ideally needs ventilation as well.
