Excellent cleaning company which we’ve already recommended to many of our neighbours. They are much more professional than many of our previous cleaners. They always keep us informed if there are any changes to cleaning staff, timings or other things. We trust them completely in our house and often go the extra mile if asked to help us out. 👍

Hello, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tan for my clean on Monday. I went away for a night and came back to a lovely clean and tidy house yesterday. I can't thank her enough and can't believe how much she achieved in the 2 hour slot. She was super warm and friendly too in the short time I met her and made me (and the kids) feel very comfortable. Every week we are informed what time the housekeeper will arrive the night before she is due. If a housekeeper is unavailable or a different day is required the manager discusses alternatives in good time. All the housekeepers arrive on time, are friendly, efficient and work hard. All the rooms in the house are always left immaculately clean. When we were away on holiday we left a list of additional jobs such as cleaning windows, cleaning cupboards in kitchen and thoroughly cleaning the conservatory. All were completed to a very high standard. When we returned home it was like stepping into a room which had been prepared for check in at a 5 star hotel. We are very pleased with the high standard of service provided and highly recommend this company to others.

Over the past few years I have used Pure Concierge and they have never disapointed. From basic cleaning, deep cleans and now a weekly service for my elderly aunt. My aunt described Tan as a breath of fresh air and does a fantastic job. But I cant just thank Tan, Lindsay and the rest of the crew have been great and I want to thank you all for your support, and more so for helping my aunt when she was in a bad spot a short time ago.
