Reza did a great job installing our new toilet and faucet. He shared information about both items on how they work and answered all of my questions. He was careful about keeping the work area neat and kept us informed about when he needed to turn the water off.
Contacted Reza to carry out a boiler service on an older combi boiler at a commercial property we had recently purchased. Reza arrived first thing the next morning and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. The boiler passed but with it being an older boiler he advised me on a couple of small issues to keep an eye out for as they may cause us issue in the future which was much appreciated. Boiler service price was very good and I felt it was value for money. I will be keeping his details and would be happy to use him for any future works.
He got me quotes quickly, adjusted the invoice as work changed, and kept me informed about progress. The plumbers that he sent out to do the job were extremely professional, explained to me what they were doing, answered any questions I had, and went above and beyond with the plumbing. They worked two very long days. Highly highly recommended. Their pricing was competitive.
Tech did an amazing job at telling me what was out of date with my water heater and we ultimately made the decision just to have them replace it. Thanks and would recommend
