They helped file my insurance claim and connected me with the right people with non-related plumbing work. This was my first leaking issue so I was worried, anxious and everything combined. Victor and Kenny made me feel at ease and walked me through everything I need to know. They were very caring and honest about their work. I really appreciated them. With the quickest service and a great price, I would recommend. I will be calling them in the future if I need anymore plumbing work.
They answered my call right away at 7 AM and were able to schedule the service the same day. Service was provided by David, who was gracious to crawl to the water shut-off in our basement - thank you David! David was very nice, professional and found time to complete some extra repairs that I did not request initially. I highly recommend David as your plumber. Thanks guys!
Had a leaking faucet in bathtub. Called SW15 Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they sent Ben to my house. Service was great, Ben was very nice and a pleasure to work with! Got the job done and fast!
Very professional, beni was respectful of our house, he put booties on when entering. Opened up the wall with surgical precision, found the leak and repaired it. He also reduced the price after discovering a smaller job than originally thought. I would use them again!
