Great experience, was completely hassle free. Matthew came and picked up vehicle, diagnosed, fixed, and returned the vehicle all in the same day. Kept me up to date during the day as well and how it was progressing.

Absolutely brilliant service. Rung on Saturday to see if they could get me a new exhaust as mine fell off and was far gone. They ordered the part Saturday and fitted it on monday and it was all done before christmas eve! Good prices, friendly staff and quality service. Definitely be returning!

Excellent, really happy with these guys. All I did was book in for a full set of new tyres (because they were considerably cheaper than elsewhere), ended up getting a great experience. Tyres fitted perfectly, made aware of some issues with existing alloys, was also nice to be able to chat to them about the car since it’s a new purchase and something different. Speedy and friendly too. Couldn’t recommend this garage more, definitely going to return for other future work.

I was in an accident on a Sunday afternoon at a roundabout and phoned Tom at TPH autos to come recover my vehicle. He turned up within 15 minutes of me ringing and the whole process of getting my car onto the back of his truck and him leaving was no more than 20 minutes. Tom was very polite and friendly. It was by chance I found this little gem of a garage hidden away down a back street when my car broke down and the recovery company I subscribe to were not helpful at all. After scraping my car against a wall I was recommended to go to Jessops and wow I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. They have done an amazing job nobody would ever know about the damage from before. I had a panic on the way to work yesterday when my engine oil light came on. These guys were super helpful and reassuring, fitted me in during my lunch break, can't fault the service at all. I realise they probably needed less than 10 mins to help me out (it's probably a really basic fix but I'm clueless with cars) but I really appreciated only being charged the materials and not even a nominal labour fee. Highly recommended.
