Hi Today I have bought a Kia Sportage From SMT Automotive in Marsworth . I am really pleased with the quality of the vehicle for the price . I also have had the most wonderful experience I test drove the car on Tuesday , Ricky gave me time to look around the car by myself he was not pushy and after my test drive , I needed time to think about it . I phoned him up yesterday and gave the deal the thumbs up the car was ready for me to collect today . Sanjay was there to talk me through the paperwork he was friendly, and obviously very customer focused , offered me a coffee , ensured I understood the process and the warranty etc gave useful tips about the the general maintenance and also recommended I get a protective wallet so the key fob can’t be cloned . This garage had been recommended by a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to pass on a recommendation myself . Excellent service thank you SMT automotive .

LSJ has carried out several repairs to my Polo GTI which involved panel repainting along with trim being replaced / fixed. Additionally, my partners car has required repairs to a lower sill plus paintwork which needed attention. On every occasion Andy, Kim and their team provided an incredibly professional, friendly and courteous service and completed the work on time and to the very highest standard. I am a fastidious / fussy customer and Andy is one of the few people that I can absolutely trust to do an excellent job. Absolutely fantastic, not only the workmanship but the customer service. Andy sprayed the bumper, roof and my side trims and it looks fantastic. I looked for ages to find someone to do the work on my car as I was worried about the paint match potentially being off as my car was red, this was not the case at LSJ. The paint match was spot on, orange peel not visible. They even did touch ups round my car, in places I didn’t specify to but I still noticed straight away, they went the extra mile! Thank you!

Bradley did a fantastic job on my Jag s type I was recommended to him by the Old Dairy Garage in Tring as my car failed its MoT it was a awkward welding job as the fuel tank had to come out etc .Dropped the car off on Wednesday evening back home Saturday afternoon car now has MoT great turn round time and work backed up by photo's and video of the whole process , will be back for front wing repair etc.... My MX5 failed it's MOT for rusted seals, and Brad managed to fit me in a couple of days later for a very reasonable price, and worked very quickly, and then again for a hole rusted in the floor. The restoration was top quailty and the MOT garage commented on how nice the work was

Had rear bumper resprayed to get rid of 2 small but annoying bumps. Work completed in a day and car looks as good as new. Brad friendly and professional. Have already recommended him to friends in case they need his expertise in future.

Can’t recommend Brad enough. A great job on my Mercedes from start to finish. From the initial enquiry through quotation, regular updates, to picking up the car. A excellent job of repairing my car back to showroom condition. He tackled a number of potentially expensive repairs that other garages had suggested full replacement, such as a smashed wing mirror. Really happy with the service and will be using EJS for any future repairs.

I had my car fixed today, they fitted me in, in the same week my car broke down in and fixed the car within a few hours. They were £170 cheaper than my previous garage quote. The friendly female in reception was also such a pleasure to deal with, I’ve had to deal with a lot of male chauvinism's in other garages which is so disappointing and unnecessary. I have officially dumped my over priced old mechanic for JD Motors who came recommended by a friend. Thank you for your help this week.
