I've used L E Cramer for all my car maintenance, new tyres etc for 30+ years which speaks for itself as to the standard of service they deliver. Always courteous, polite, willing to help and fairly priced and I'll continue to use them and no one else. Highly, highly recommend this garage.

I Live very close to this garage and walk past it often. My partner took her car to this Garage and spoke to a lovely gentleman who unfortunately we do not have the name. She was quite worried about her clutch on her golf. As she was quite vague about the problem. The mechanic with all permission granted took the car down the road and back to try and diagnose the problem. I am really great full for the honest advise that was given. This is a honest Garage that will not try and repair your car for no reason and give you bad advise. I have a Golf R that I’m planning to take to them for a minor bumper repair and hopefully future services etc. the honest actions and great customer service goes a long way and I hope I’ve helped make your decision into choosing this garage 👍

I had a problem with the A/C on my car. I’ve never used LE Cramer before but they are local so I booked it in with them. I’m glad I did! Lynn who looked after the repair from start to finish was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated throughout the repair journey and had the issue resolved within a day! Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. Barry the mechanic took the time to explain everything that had been done and what to look out for. Very good customer service. Initially my call was missed but I was called back within the same minute. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. The auto specialists are great communicators. I recieved photographic evidence of my vehicle being safe and sound and texts with updates. The vehicle was collected from my home,serviced and delivered in less than 3 hours. Shaun and the team were outstanding. The hours I work normally make sorting things like auto repairs really difficult but they were so flexible and willing to help. Shaun was really honest and didn’t try and charge me for things that didn’t need doing. Pick up and drop off is quality too. Would highly recommend! I experienced very professional service at this garage. I was very pleased to find that Tolpits Motors have a policy where if your vehicle fails MOT then there is no charge. The price I was charged for works done to my vehicle seemed very reasonable. All round, this was the best experience I have had at any garage.

Awesome support from Adam and the team here! Had some concerns about my tracking and alignment, so they had me pop in for a quick check and all was well, but I’ll be back for every required service from Falcon because these guys are skilled, quick and honest!

I take my 'classic' (they are very patient and careful with the old girl) and my daily driver to them. They are always very friendly and cooperative and run pretty much on time with MOT appointments. Don't be put off by the congested yard, they manage it very well.

Went here for an MOT for the first time a few weeks ago. Really friendly guys, good service; unfortunately my car failed but after the issue was fixed I was able to go back and they quickly retested with no fuss. I’ll be going back next year!

10/10 - fantastic team, great customer service. Had a warning light on for tyre pressure, found this garage and they were so helpful, immediately fixing it and showing me how to check the right pressure etc (I hadn’t done it before myself!), no charge.
