Brookdene Service Centre is where I go for all my car service needs, and they never disappoint. The staff, especially Jason and Dani, are knowledgeable, reliable, and always eager to help. Whether it’s regular servicing or more complicated diagnostics, they’re quick to provide options and solutions. I appreciate their flexibility when I couldn’t make certain dates—they’re always accommodating. Recently, I had an issue with my car’s infotainment system, and though they don’t handle that, they referred me to a reliable local business that fixed it quickly. For trustworthy, honest service and a great team, Brookdene is unbeatable.

Contacted Brookdene early in the morning, was able to bring my car in the same day and fixed the same day! (Wasn’t a straight forward job either). The staff are really friendly and smiley. Very helpful and explained the damage to my car so I understood. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Danni the receptionist was really welcoming. Appreciated everything!

10/10 - fantastic team, great customer service. Had a warning light on for tyre pressure, found this garage and they were so helpful, immediately fixing it and showing me how to check the right pressure etc (I hadn’t done it before myself!), no charge.

I took my Saab 93 to James at Brookdene Service centre to take a look at a problem with rotor dust covers making and noise. James offered aa few opinions during our initial phone call and I was confident that he would find a solution either way during the first visit. The problem was minor in the end but it still needed the car to be lifted and inspected. This issue was quickly dealt with and they charged only for half an hour of labour. But it's the expertise that you really pay for. Problem solved. Great job Brookdene Service centre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I just did my car service with them yesterday. Lovely people and a highly trustworthy team. They send you a video of your car with everything explained. Unlike some other garages, they don’t try to charge you for anything unnecessary or make money. I highly recommend them for any type of work needed for your car. They are professional and know their stuff. Five stars!
