I Live very close to this garage and walk past it often. My partner took her car to this Garage and spoke to a lovely gentleman who unfortunately we do not have the name. She was quite worried about her clutch on her golf. As she was quite vague about the problem. The mechanic with all permission granted took the car down the road and back to try and diagnose the problem. I am really great full for the honest advise that was given. This is a honest Garage that will not try and repair your car for no reason and give you bad advise. I have a Golf R that I’m planning to take to them for a minor bumper repair and hopefully future services etc. the honest actions and great customer service goes a long way and I hope I’ve helped make your decision into choosing this garage 👍

I had a problem with the A/C on my car. I’ve never used LE Cramer before but they are local so I booked it in with them. I’m glad I did! Lynn who looked after the repair from start to finish was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated throughout the repair journey and had the issue resolved within a day! Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. Barry the mechanic took the time to explain everything that had been done and what to look out for. Very nice chap and obviously knows his craft very well! Thank you to all at LE Cramer. I’ll definitely use you again!

Excellent service from Le Cramer. I left my MOT to the last minute and urgently needed help. They booked me in straight away with just a few day’s notice on a Saturday with no fuss. The car failed due to a worn tyre and needed suspension repairs, but they got everything sorted before closing. Clear communication, no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. As a working mum of two, I really appreciated how understanding and efficient they were. Got me back on the road the same day. Highly recommend!

I've used L E Cramer for all my car maintenance, new tyres etc for 30+ years which speaks for itself as to the standard of service they deliver. Always courteous, polite, willing to help and fairly priced and I'll continue to use them and no one else. Highly, highly recommend this garage.
