Fantastic service from the team at Auto Service & Tuning. Our BMW’s clutch went on the way to Luton airport, and when the recovery company finally managed to get it to the team at AS&T they were nothing short of amazing. Super quick turnaround, great service and communication, with open and transparent pricing (a rarity these days). Car now drives like new. Added bonus, car came back to us cleaner than I’ve seen it in years! And for those that were worried, we made our flight… Thanks guys, can highly recommend.

Excellent service from Auto Service and Tuning. I came to them with a complicated driver aids electronics problem, which they investigated very thoroughly. They gave me honest advice on how to proceed, discouraging me from proceeding with a very expensive repair. They were however able to fix another more straightforward problem, which resolved several of the issues I had been experiencing with the car. Overall, good value for money, very professional and efficient service and very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

My 24 year old and 250000 miles Lexus LS400 suddenly started a whistling sound from the engine area. Discovered it was the power steering pump. I couldn't find any garage who could fix this as no new pump could be found. A friend of mine suggested Autopoint in Hitchin. Just brilliant. They removed the pump and sent it to someone they knew who rebuilt all kinds of stuff. One week later it came back and Autopoint connected it. Brilliant. It WORKED! Not only that. My car had started a rattle under the passenger foot area. Nobody could find it, but Autopoint did. Properly adjustment to the under shield and the car is now silent. And I am very content with the £400 cost.

Was made to feel welcome and given an approximate timescale for an exhaust repair. Was informed by phone as to what checks had revealed regarding further work that was necessary and what was recommended. Didn't feel pressured into agreeing to having the work done. Received good service throughout.

Rang on a Sunday to book on the Monday. For a slow puncture. Was told to go in straight away Sunday afternoon done and dusted.

Getting a puncture that resulted in needing a brand new tyre at Christmas, when the bank account has already been hit, is not ideal. Thankfully, I got a good price for a Pirrelli P-Zero for my Macan. I had a wait for it to be fitted, but this branch of Kwik Fit is an easy flat walk into Hitchin Town. There is also a good-sized waiting area at this branch for those who don't want to walk. Quick, efficient and the staff were really good. Price was also very good - as I always had the perception that Kwik Fit were more expensive they were actually cheapest on the premium brand run flats I purchased.

Dropped in at this branch needing some wiper blades on my company vehicle, the assistant manager Sam and her staff got me straight in and out within 15minutes as i was on my way home on a long journey! Would highly recommend!
