Getting a puncture that resulted in needing a brand new tyre at Christmas, when the bank account has already been hit, is not ideal. Thankfully, I got a good price for a Pirrelli P-Zero for my Macan. I had a wait for it to be fitted, but this branch of Kwik Fit is an easy flat walk into Hitchin Town. There is also a good-sized waiting area at this branch for those who don't want to walk. Ian was amazing. Went completely above and beyond what I ever would have expected. He was very knowledgeable, talked through (and showed) the issues with the car's tyres and then was very helpful in finding replacements that suited my financial capabilities. Polite, friendly, professional... and I've never seen such a clean mechanic work space! Fabulous service and I will definitely use again.

Rang on a Sunday to book on the Monday. For a slow puncture. Was told to go in straight away Sunday afternoon done and dusted.

Simon was amazing. Not only did he take time to understand and resolve the issue and provide me with advice. He also took time to correct an issue created by another Kwik Fit in Waltham Cross who also were extremely rude to my daughter when she went in to replace her tyre. Was made to feel welcome and given an approximate timescale for an exhaust repair. Was informed by phone as to what checks had revealed regarding further work that was necessary and what was recommended. Didn't feel pressured into agreeing to having the work done. Received good service throughout.
