Alex is both knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with the mechatronics unit on my DSG gearbox in my Golf Mk7, and presented me with several options with thorough explanations of all of them. He was also flexible in accomodating any options I presented. The work was done in a timely manner with honest and reliable advice from the team. Well worth the money.
