Took the car in for an MOT and I was highly satisfied with the service provided! The work took under an hour, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The value was also excellent and lower than many other places I have been to before. I would highly recommend Golden Car for MOT.

I've used this garage for MOT, service and bodywork repair and I can highly recommend! For bodywork, see the before and after photos below For MOT this garage takes same day bookings and can turn it around while you wait. But it does get busy so best to go early in the morning. For service they are fast, clean and offer reasonable pricing.

Good and fast bodywork service. Got the front bumper repainted and an anti fog light "housing" replaced there. A bit crowded entrance to the shop, but I suppose that's not unusual in that area. Also, I probably missed their message that the car was ready, and found that out only a few days later by contacting them myself, so I recommend checking with them if you don't get any message within 1-3 days.

So my car been making some crazy noises from the engine - had it parked up for 2 months cause I was scared to drive it Took it to this garage and they were busy but said leave the car with them and they will open it up SAME DAY. And let me know what the issue is I was expecting a few days Within an hour they send me a video of the engine bay with a snapped timing belt and teeth missing They quoted me a decent price and said it could be ready for the NEXT DAY 9am. Very professional - they sent me videos to keep me updated . For the first time I felt like a garage has not tried to pull a fast one and kept me informed . Not trying to bolt on extra work. They were very honest about the parts - gave me options for genuine ones - which I took . Would highly recommend this place

I don’t usually take the time to leave a review on google but I drove away thinking I had to make the effort. Absolutely fantastic service from super friendly staff, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. They could of easily over charged me for parts and labour but the price was very reasonable. I’ll be back in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Recently visited for the first time to get an urgent alignment on my 2003 Cupra R. I'd just had the tie rods replaced, so the alignment was needed before I could properly drive the car again. I rang up on a Saturday and they were able to get me in immediately. I've had alignments before and the car has always pulled slightly to the left, with nobody able to get it bang on. I expected the same here, but they've absolutely nailed it. Car drives straight as an arrow for the first time since I've bought it. Excellent people to deal with too. Friendly, helpful and explained the final printout results to me as well.

The Alignment Centre have been my go to for many years, due to the fact that the treat your car as if it were there’s, and that’s what I look for with companies like that handle your prize possession. The prices are extremely competitive which keeps me coming back, the service is A1, and the staff are a great laugh. Keep up the great work guys, and I’ll see you in the new year for a set of 4.

This is the best garage I have ever been to, they are honest , reliable and very professional.i took my car to them in the past and they fixed the issue for very little money . They don’t create problems that do not exist just to make money out of you. I took my car to them for a break check which I believed to be a big job and took more than an hour but they didn’t charge anything for this. When I called they did not have a slots for the day I wanted but I am glad I waited till the following day .

I started coming hear last year after various disappointing experiences at three different garages in my local area of Hounslow / Isleworth. I knew my car needed some urgent work on its brakes and its MOT was due, so I turned to the company that helped me get through a very basic MOT fail from last year which none of the other garages seemed to be able to deal with. The team at J & A Motors are top notch, from Aaron's front of house's excellent customer service to the knowledgeable electrical and mechanical team grafting away for this garages very loyal customer base. Why are their customers always returning here? Because they are trustworthy! This is what I value most from any company. I would find it very hard to go elsewhere in the future.
