Kwik Fit took me in promptly, processed my MOT in less than an hour and I was set to go. The stand in manager, Kim, was very kind, helpful and cheerful. My second time using Kwik Fit and I am an extremely satisfied customer !

I have to say that the experience I had at Kwik Fit Golders Green was not the most conventional. But really credit where it’s due to Mahs and the team. If you want to be treated fairly and feel like you are being considered and understood…. Go here!

Mas and the team were super helpful and got my car fixed within the day at a good cost. There was a tricky bit with the wing mirror and Mas figured out a great (cheap) solution. Service was also friendly. I’ll definitely come back for my regular MOTs now.

I called 1 hour before they closed to say that I had a nail in my tyre and the pressure was going down, hoping they’d fit me in so I didn’t wake up to a flat tyre. They told me to come straight away and repaired the tyre rather than needing a new one which I really appreciated. Great service and friendly staff!

Highly recommended! I had a strange noise coming from my car and called the Kwik Fit in Golders Green. The lady on the phone was kind and told me to come in straight away. A lovely mechanic with his hair tied back (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) had a look at it on the spot. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it right away, and reassured me it was nothing serious. What truly surprised me was that he didn’t charge me a penny — he just wanted to help. His kindness honestly made my day. It’s rare to come across people like that, and I left feeling genuinely cared for and safe. If I ever have a problem with my car again, I know exactly where I'm going. I recommend this garage wholeheartedly. Thank you again — you truly made a difference today.
