We hit a pot hole on Sunday 29th December in SE London, and were stuck waiting for recovery as the tyre was completely wrecked and would not inflate. I called The Garage as they are close to home, to see if they could fix our wheel before we had to head back on our travels on Saturday 4th Jan. It was out of hours but Geoff was a hero and confirmed if we got it towed to Bramber Road, and posted the key through their door, he would be popping in on the 30th and would drive the car into the garage, order the replacement tyre and have his team fix it when they were back to work after the Christmas break. Communication was great. We were kept up to date every step of the way. The office in The Garage is superb with its decor and layout, and it is super clean! The team were really friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job getting us back on the road safely and in time. Thank you so much to Geoff and the team. Absolute life savers!

Just recently moved to the area and a delight to find The Garage and the team there. Easy booking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but where they really stand out is in the customer service they offer. The service they offer is as good if not better than the Porsche showrooms where I bought my cars. 5*! This was my second trip in 3 months and both excellent.

Really positive experience with this garage from start to finish. I was involved in a minor collision on 26th September. Phil assessed the damage and gave me a quote within an hour. It took my insurance a week to finalise. I dropped my car off on Monday the 2nd and it was ready by Friday 6th. Communication was great throughout and I’m delighted with the work carried out. I would definitely recommend their services.

The German motor company is the most trusted garage I’ve ever been too, they actually care about your car no garage in the area can even come close to this place I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Took my land rover for MOT. Guys finished it in an hour on Saturday. Charged 60 quid, explained what might need fixing in near future. Would recommend and use them in the future. Conveniently located too.

The best garage I've ever come across. Reviews speak for themselves. Very high standard of work at reasonable prices. Always worry about mechanics making up issues to make extra work but these guys are completely honest; more often than not MOT passes with no work needed, services have minor things done, etc. Faultless

I never write reviews but honestly, this is the best garage I have ever been to, the service they give is the best. As a young woman I have haven't had the best experiences in various other garages (just in terms of them trying to rip me off thinking I don't know better) but never at Collins Motors, the pricing is fair and they guys are extremely kind and helpful. Ive been multiple times now and only have good things to say. 10/10 would recommend.

24/10/22 Just had another service and mot done and as was the case last year, fantastic and professional service. Thanks Mark and Jonatha Was recommended this garage and they certainly lived up to expectation. The entire full service took less than 3 hours including new back brakes and front tyres. Fully detailed invoice and ready to go. Laurence was very helpful and is going to phone me to book in my car for its MOT. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage.

Great shop - i had BMX X5 with air inflation issues, too complex for local auto garage, and didn't want to wait 3M and pay $$$ from BMW. These guys not only fixed it, did it on a monday, same day, and even sent me whatsapp photos of the broken bits, AND made sure I knew about the 1yr warranty too - top notch

Found this place as my local garage did not do body work and I am very glad i did. The work carried out was excellent, wouldn't even know it was damaged. The team there were very nice, professional, quick and efficient! Even cleaned the car inside and out which i was not expecting! Honest with transparent pricing and clear communication. They keep you well informed and all-in-all are a very nice bunch of professionals.

Took my car in this afternoon without an appointment. Needed a headlight bulb changing. They did it there and then. Took all of 10 minutes; super service and excellent price. That's the second time I've had this experience here. Won't hesitate to go again - definitely worth going if you're in the area.

Came here after bad experiences elsewhere in the area. Offered a much better quote for callipers, discs, pads and battery than the local Halfords. Work was done on time and for the agreed price. Service was both polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

I was referred onto them with a fiddly, potentially labour intensive problem but Kay took it on with a smile, sent me regular video and photo updates and actually ended up improving my car by correcting something that someone had previously installed wrongly!!
