Our car had broken down. Bayford motors didn’t know us but when we arrived they immediately sprung into action to see how they could help. They accurately diagnosed the faults and helped us to secure a taxi firm who could help with our onward journey. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we are so grateful for all that they did.

I’m posting this on behalf of my Mum & Stepfather (who are both into their 80’s). They recently ran into some trouble while visiting family in Somerset and dropped their car off at the nearest garage which was ‘Bayford Motors’. Despite being really busy the garage initially advised that they contact them the following day to see what the ETA would be to repair the car and were over the moon to be contacted the same evening to be told that an employee had stayed on after hours, having ordered and fitted new parts and resolved the issue. My step-father (who used to be involved in the car industry) cannot praise this company enough as well as the craftsmanship and customer service that he experienced. I cannot recommend this garage enough and thank them wholeheartedly for treating my family so well !

I've been using Bayford Motors for my annual MOT and service the past 3-4 years, always done done a great job and very happy with the service and advice received. Recently got new tires and wheel alignment elsewhere but after taking it to the other garage twice the alignment still wasn't quite right. Got it sorted with Bayford Motors during my annual service and now it's spot on, first time. I have full confidence recommending them.
