Lovely pub on the green with an outdoor seating, table service or just drinks. Food was good. Next time would like to try the pizzas. Service great 👍
It's a beautiful building - with an interesting history, well laid out and I loved the 'doggie' area - we will return with our pampered pooch! The Menu looked impressive and we wondered whether the food would live up to expectations - it did - in spades!! Our smiley waitress (Olivia) was lovely - efficient and friendly. All in all 10 out of 10 for us. We will be back!!
Went with my son for lunch. He had a burger. I had 2 course lunch menu pizza and ice cream. Very nice food. Our waitress Lucie was very nice. Nice and cosy seating . Very clean. I had a 30% mains discount voucher was charged separately for pizza and ice cream which should have been a lunchtime deal but was charged for a pizza and ice cream which was incorrect but with the voucher it was as broad as long luckily ( didn't see this until after). Food was lovely and hot. Toilets really clean. Great quality napkins . Comfortable seating.
Best roast turkey lunch I've had in any restaurant I've visited. Everything on the plate was exceptional. The staff were amazing too, attentive, polite, helpful and friendly. Lovely venue inside and outside. Highly recommend. Will definitely be a returning customer.
