Amazing experience with Isabella Grace Bridal! If you want a luxury experience from start to finish then this is the best place! The ladies at Isabella Grace were super helpful without putting pressure on to find the right dress. Admittedly every dress I tried on I wanted to take home! My daughter , Yasmin, has had two appointments so far at Isabelle Grace. The first to try on wedding dresses, and the second to confirm the dress she fell in love with, and also to try veils. Her consultant on both occasions was the wonderful Lauren. The boutique itself is beautiful, and on both appointments Yasmin paid for a private room upstairs. The room is well worth paying £20 extra for, and includes snacks and drinks. There were four of us including Yasmin , and we all loved the room and how wonderfully we were treated. Lauren was absolutely fantastic, and could not do enough for us. Yasmin was excited , but also quite nervous, but Lauren put her completely at ease. She made Yasmin, and the rest of us, feel very special. Lauren is so warm, friendly, smiley, and was genuinely interested in everything to do the wedding. She is very knowledgable, and listened to exactly what Yasmin wanted, and as a result Yasmin found the dress of her dreams. We would all highly recommend Isabella Grace, and Lauren who an absolute star. Thank you Lauren for making my daughter’s experience so perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at Isabella Grace and my consultant Amber was amazing! Amber was so down to earth, attentive and caring. To be honest the whole team on site were friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere and ambience in the bridal shop. I went with my sister, best friend and daughter and they too had a great time. I just recently moved from London to Tunbridge Wells and had an amazing experience at Isabella Grace! I had already tried on two dresses at other stores in London that I really liked, but none of them felt like “the one”. That all changed when I came here. Amber and Carrie were absolutely fantastic. They were super knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Amber really listened to what I was looking for and used her background as a seamstress to guide me toward the perfect dress. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle with my dream dress from Isabella Grace!

Yesterday I chose my dress at Isabella Grace.. everything was 10/10 from start to finish. I really like their process of eliminating dresses without it feeling overwhelming. Gabrielle was incredible in every single way, she genuinely made me feel like I looked amazing and she knew the dress for me (it was the first dress I tried on!) she was amazing at pinning the dress in the right places (I’ve been to other dress shops that didn’t know how to do this) Thank you SO SO much Gabrielle, me mum and my sister wouldn’t stop talking about how fantastic you were on our drive home!
