A great addition to the Warner's group of hotels. The rooms, food and service are great. The location by the River Thames is lovely and it is really convenient to visit nearby Windsor. Entertainment in the evening was excellent and the venue itself is beautifully done. Looking forward to a return trip in the summer.

This is a Warner Hotel. Having spent time at other Warner Hotels I was expecting the same great time. This hotel has only been open 3 months and so I did expect a ‘new’ room. It was a last minute booking and they have obviously not refurbished all the rooms yet. The room was clean and fine. I suggest you ask for a river view with a balcony even in the coldest month of the year. I suspect this hotel is wonderful in the summer with lots of beautiful walks and an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. The service was very good with some of the staff and a little less than good with other members of staff. Overall the hotel has an excellent future and I look forward to spending time there again. The location is beautiful right on the river bank of the Thames with lots of history and amazing walks nearby. The food in the main restaurant was delicious with the menu the same every night with specials every evening. The breakfast in the main restaurant had a continental bar with hot breakfast to order including pancakes and porridge (I just wish the chocolate drizzle used was a spoonful of Nutella. Nutella spread for toast would have been an added bonus as would croissants. The entertainment was as always fantastic with the house band 1215 and the house entertainment group who also provided me with a great interesting walk that I extended the day after, some really fun quizzes with no pressure to win and some beautiful singing and entertainment during the weekend. The pool area and spa were as expected for a Warner Hotel - just a shame the massages were over subscribed but I had a beautiful manicure instead after the rifle shooting which I loved. Well done I hope you go from strength the strength Runnymede.

This was such a lovely place on the Thames. The staff were very helpful; the room was good and comfortable, but could have better storage, a light over the kettle station, and a light over the mirror. The food was excellent and well presented. In Brasserie 32 was table service and Market Kitchen all buffet, which worked well. Overall I would go again as now is my favourite

Stayed in October for a weekend. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and the staff were very friendly. We ate in Brasserie 32 and the food was excellent. Our only complaint was although our room was comfortable albeit a bit sparce on furniture especially a dressing table rather than just a shelf, was our room overlooked a hideous building site at the back. We had booked a river view room and paid the supplement only to get a phone call a couple of weeks before saying there were no more river rooms available so we had been moved. Considering we booked this in April last year how is it there was no available rooms with a river view. We knew our room would be an alternative but didn't expect such a noisy and ugly outlook. Despite sending a complaint to customer care and complaining to Reception after checking in we haven't received any response and wasn't offered any discount. We were also annoyed that on every purchase in the bar a service charge was applied which we had to request to be removed on a couple of occasions. What is the point of having a platinum membership if you are losing the discount on your bar bill only to then spend it on service charges on every purchase.

We enjoyed our four night stay at the Runneymead Hotel & Spa, it was so nice to not have dogs in the hotel, it was all very clean and the staff were helpful & friendly the food in the market kitchen was good and quite varied, the entertainment was good particularly the in house show group. It was the end of January and we found some areas a bit cool. We will be back with friends.
