Normally don’t write reviews for places but this little café is the exception. We went here for the first time yesterday. The lady serving chatted to us while at the till and even though it seemed quite stressful she remained calm and smiley to all the customers. We ordered a latte and a hot chocolate with all the trimmings and were so impressed to see a snowman on the latte!!! Both were delicious. When she brought our drinks over she patiently explained to our daughter how she made the snowman and invited us back in a couple of weeks time to see all the Christmas decorations. Normally when we go to a coffee shop, you don’t really talk to the workers except to order so we were pleasantly surprised with the service received. If it was based on just that alone we would go back. It’s just a bonus that the drinks and food were yummy too!
The best Mocha in the London Borough of Sutton. The panini's, sandwiches and cakes are delicious. My recommendation would be to try the toasted tea cake with butter and jam! Staff are always friendly and hard working. Toilets are kept to a good standard. A very good and loyal customer base, testament to the the great cafe it is.
I don't usually give 5 stars, but there's very little about this quaint little coffee shop to not like. The staff are friendly and chatty and there's a nice atmosphere...
Very cozy place! Good selection of hot/cold beverages and sandwiches. Quite reasonable prices friendly and helpful staff.
