1st time I checked this place out to have a hot drink & something to eat. I had the best cappuccino I have ever had & 2 incredible delicious cake slices. The customer service was just brilliant after doing 6 miles by the sea I was very weary so I appreciate the kindness & warm atmosphere this lovely place ozzies.
Great staff eagor to be of service nothing is to much trouble Fab variety of beverages and good choice in snacks at good prices Clean bright rooms and outside car park Open daily sundays sometimes slightly later Benches outside Public toilets close by Beach and playing park Historic reculver towers close by Caravan park
.A very nice cafe, close to the beach at Reculver. .Toilet facilities for everyone for free. .Parking. There are plenty of parking spaces but very pricey, I paid £13,00 for five hours. .The ancient Reculver landmark not far from the carpark. .The restaurant has lots of hot and cold drinks, ice cream and cold drinks and ice cream for dogs and is dog friendly even in the sitting dining area. .Lots of seating on benches outside, although I think there is a need for a few more .If you like crepe's,(pancakes)then try one as they are delicious, with various fillings, vegan, and vegetarian available options, too. .A very good place to start a walk along the Saxon way which I really enjoyed and is very well looked after, and return for reviver of tea, coffee and a hot chocolate, which was really good and a cake of course! It's a really great play area for kids to go on and have a picnic close by, too. .Overall its a great improvement since my last visit some time ago.
Amazing place, they had few activities for children, like art and craft, pottery and a workshop to know more about the animals that you can find on the beach (and handling a jellyfish!). My daughter was so happy! Staff are very friendly, place is clean, there is a huge playground near by and plenty of space for dogs to run. I fell in love with that place. And on the other side of the road there is a pub with amazing food, perfect to have lunch with kids.
Nestled right before you reach the Roman Towers is this neat little coffee shop. It's very inviting and the staff are all chill. It was a nice place to stop and I wish I bought a souvenir mug.
