I’ve known Sam and Jo for over 20 years. They are both amazing at what they do. I can’t recommend them enough. They listen and talk through everything thoroughly. Today I was lucky enough to have the wonderful headspa experience with Shanice. From start to finish this was exceptional, not only is Shanice an absolute wizard when it comes to scalp massage & scrubs, what she doesn’t know about scalp health simply isn’t worth knowing. She’s absolutely nailed the atmosphere, lighting, hospitality and comfort. I really believe what she is offering is very special and you can’t really describe what it is like to be there, you have to go see for yourself. 5*

I’ve always said how I would pay for someone to play with my hair and Shanice is now that person! I’ve had three head spas now, two classic and one advanced. My experience with her was UNREAL and I can’t tell you how much she looks after you and how thoughtful she is. Not only does she take her time and really make you feel amazing but she has snacks and drinks waiting for you. I’ve never had a treatment where I’ve felt so relaxed and been looked after from start to finish. It’s one treatment I will have for a long time. I’m always sharing with friends and family how amazing the treatment is and how amazing Shanice is. Also, not forgetting how incredible your hair feels afterwards, so shiny and soft and your scalp will never feel cleaner. I don’t think there will ever be enough words to describe it! Shanice thank you and your magic hands! The most amazing treatment.

I was lucky enough to win Shanice’s Christmas competition and got to experience the advanced head spa treatment. I was absolutely blown away from the minute I stepped in the door! Shanice has transformed her salon into a beautiful haven of pure bliss. The finishing touches are wonderful. I particularly loved the bar menu and the attention to detail was next to none. Before the treatment Shanice showed my the build up on my hair follicles with a magnified light connected to an iPad. It was so interesting and I loved seeing the after results at the end. The treatment was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every moment was just so relaxing and dreamy. I even dozed off a few times because I was so relaxed! I really enjoyed the intense massage and the steam pod. I can not find fault in any part of the experience. It truly was such a dream. I loved sitting with a homemade espresso martini and yummy cupcake, whilst having a blow dry to finish the day. Just exceptional from beginning to end.

Lydia explains every part of plan. Opting for best financial package. Very professional and precise practitioner. Really felt in the hands of an experienced therapist that knows her stuff. Looking forward to next wave treatment as no don’t it does improve my skin texture.

I have been coming to City Salon for many years, Catherine and Kim are absolutely amazing, so friendly and accommodating - can trust them with decisions about my hair. I recently had tape extensions and they have totally changed how my hair looked and how having the extensions has allowed my hair to strengthen and be in a better health condition! I hadn’t been to get my hair cut in 2 years and was super nervous as i’ve got curly hair and am trying to grow it. My senior stylist was Karla and she was so knowledgeable about my hair type and cut it just perfectly - not lopping off too much like i’ve had sometimes in the past. Really pleased with the results and will be coming back for regular trims now !

Deep body massage today. My second here and it is definitely going to be a common practice from now on. Not only was I totally pampered, every ache was released and I have better flexiability. I'm not the best at staying with a hairdressers/barbers, but I don't need a lot beyond feeling welcome and having confidence in the person cutting my hair. Sometimes these are hard to come by. This hair cut was really good - limited the subject matter I expect 🙂. I was welcomed by a young lady who offered me a tea/coffee and took my coat which was unexpected but appreciated. Combine these with Cliff's skill and his easy going manner and it made this a very relaxed experience. Thank you. There's plenty of parking nearby which doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Plenty of access. Definitely recommend.
