I had such a lovely experience on my first visit to Hair Chemistry today. It was busy and bustling but everyone was friendly and my hairdresser, Mel was excellent. She really put me at ease from the start and was great at explaining what she was doing and helping me make decisions even though I was just having quite a simple cut. I'm clueless with hair and never had anyone explain anything to me before, so it was really great for someone to take the time to help me understand. I love my new haircut and will definitely be back!
