She takes her time, you don't feel rushed and you have her individual attention. The salon is extremely clean and very comfortable and Rachel is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet ! I 100% recommend the lovely friendly Rachel and her stylish, relaxed, boutique salon. Rachel is an expert in colour and really takes the time to work out what her clients want. Rachel is calm, patient and knowledgeable. I fully trust my hair in her hands. She has also recommended great products for me to use, with hints and tips for my hair type.
