"After many years of not fully looking after my hair, my daughter suggested I visit this salon. And I was not disappointed. They removed all of my old hair color and completely transformed the condition of it. Then they gave it a treatment, colored it, and cut it. The staff are amazing. I'm a 60+ year old lady who gets nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure going there and I look forward to going back. Overall, I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants a great hair transformation and a wonderful experience."

Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

Gemma made me feel very welcome from the start. The room is also very welcoming. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The amount of pressure was spot on, not too hard and not too soft and no scratching. Three days on and my hair feels wonderful. Absolutely fantastic service today of the head spa! Truly loved it. Was made to feel very comfortable and was told every step of the journey what was being done. Not to mention feeling so so relaxed and zen! Not to mention the smell was beautiful and the studio was so tranquil!

I had my ears pierced (2nd piercing) at Alresford Beauty with Rachel, a few weeks ago. My first ear piercing was done in Guildford 30yrs ago and one hole was slightly off centre, so I was after some good advice on positioning for the second. Rachel was amazing, she took her time to look and to discuss options with me. I didn't feel rushed and the piercing itself was super quick, easy and painless. She also provided great aftercare advice and the little spray bottle has made daily care super easy. I'm 3 weeks down and 3 weeks to go, but i've had no problems and it's healing brilliantly. I'm really pleased and would highly recommend Rachel to anyone. Thank you!

After over a year not going to a Hair Salon, I decided to try Natty B's, this afternoon. I was welcomed by Chris, one of the hairdressers, who was very pleasant and friendly. Once Chris and myself had a chat about how I wanted my hair to look, Chris, who was SO professional started to wash, cut and blow dry my hair. I felt quite pampered and relaxed too. I was, no doubt, very pleased with the result and the price too!! I would definitely recommend Natty B's Hair Salon too. 😀👍🏽😉😀👍🏽😉

I have been visiting Natty B’s since it opened , many years ago and I would never go anywhere else. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing and the staff are lovely. They have a wealth of knowledge and will always help you achieve the look you want without compromising the health of your hair. They are fantastic value for money. It really is a 5* service.

Lovely ladies there Danni cut my hair really well, considering my hair was nearly down to my bottom. I must have had about 5 or 6 inches off, Danni put me right at ease and I loved my new style. Prices are really good too not expensive at all. Worth going to Natty B's .

Love having my hair done here. There's always a great atmosphere, the ladies are fab! You can relax for a couple of hours and be pampered and leave feeling great. I have really thick curly hair and I am always pleased with the cut and colours. The ladies use ethical, environmentally friendly products.
