I’ve been going to Matilda at Toni & Guy Guildford for around two years, and she’s absolutely brilliant! She always gets my haircuts spot on, even when I show her specific image references, and I always get so many compliments afterwards. Matilda is talented, professional, and so lovely to chat to. She makes every appointment a pleasure, and I always leave the salon feeling confident and happy with my hair.

I felt very comfortable and listened to at Toni&Guy, something I’ve found difficult to find in many salons. My salonist gave me the exact cut I was hoping for, as well as offered me tips and advice for accomplishing various styles on my own. I’ll definitely be coming back!

To begin, I had a slight concern that the hairstyle I received was not precisely what I had envisioned. However, Lottie was called to assist, and the matter was resolved in a cordial and professional manner, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, while Grace washed my hair, I noticed that she did not offer a back massage, even though the chair was equipped with the appropriate feature. Furthermore, she did not inquire about the water temperature, which was unfortunately too hot for my comfort. Despite these minor issues, I must say that my overall experience was still enjoyable. The salon is charming and bustling with dedicated professionals. Thank you, 💗

Wonderful welcome and kind, caring service at reception. I was nervous about having a guy do my hair, I was a bit self conscious. Receptionist was understanding and so encouraging. James put me at ease immediately. I gained fab tips and advice in the first few minutes, resulting in a cut as well as a blow dry. Great chat but also let me just be when I closed my eyes to enjoy in the moment. (The head massage is the highlight for me in the hair experience, and I missed this). Felt great, hair looked great when I left with yet more advice for helping the look last. Fabulous all round.

Last night I had my hair washed, cut and styled by Jess and her teacher Toon. It was a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and experience. Toon was extremely supportive and interesting to listen to and Jess did an amazing job. They were a great team and I am delighted with my haircut. Thank you so much!
