I was made very welcome as soon as I walked in. If you are looking for a top-end, top dollar, fancy hairdressers, then this won’t be for you, but… if you want a great haircut, in clean and tidy surroundings, at a reasonable price, then this one is most definitely for you.

My first visit here and I was very pleased with my hair cut and styling. Amazing staff and very reasonable services. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit here. First one was for blow-dry and this time was for haircut. I'm very particular about how I want it to be styled and finally someone got it after trying multiple hair salons. Rosie has been absolutely brilliant and patient and took time to do it the way I want. And it's very reasonably priced considering all the salons around. I will be back soon!

Beautiful atmosphere, Jamie my hair stylist was fantastic in explaining what she was going to do with my hair. When she finished my hair it was fabulous. I will go there again.

I’ve been going here for 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jamie is my usual stylist and she is brilliant! Very knowledgeable and so friendly. Courtney and Emily have also done my hair and are both amazing as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone! They are also dog friendly!

Sarah did a great job of cutting my hair, and my 6 year old grandson & 4 year old granddaughters. Sarah is always great with the kids and very patient. We never feel rushed and always cuts our hair exactly right. Always greeted with a smile and the rest of the staff are very friendly. It’s always clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend as you will be well looked after 😊

After being in the UK for over 6 years I have finally found a place that understands my hair style! Had my hair cut and coloured in November, lovely place and lovely people. I forgot the name of the hairstylist, sorry about it ☹️, short, red hair, lovely lady. Hair colour is still nice and bright. Will be back.

Today I had highlights and a cut and blow dry. My first time at Serenity and I'm SO happy with what Gemma has done for me. I absolutely love both the colour and cut 🤗 The blow dry (for I think the first time ever) gave my hair the volume, swing and finished look Ive always hoped for when leaving a salon. Would definitely recommend. I came into Serenity to have a full body massage. One of the best body massages I have ever had. Ieft feeling relaxeg and very chilled. I had Sophie, she was very informative and had lots of knowledge on how to get rid of knots or tension within your body. I will definitely be returning, as I work in child care. Would definitely recommend Serenity to friends and family.

Gemma saved my hair! I had received an awful colour/highlights at another salon as Gemma was too busy for an appointment that week. I called Gemma in a panic as I was going on a trip and she managed to squeeze me in and transformed my hair. So pleased and grateful

I haven't used the hair services just yet but this salon has the best manicurist in Orpington. My nails lasted so long and is still shiny! Service was very quick and professional, manicurist did exactly what I asked for! Recommend 100%, finally don't need to worry where to get my nails done as having it done here!

I took my 5 year old daughter to the Orpington branch to have her ears pierced. She was excited but a little nervous and was immediately put at ease by Carla. She got to choose the studs she wanted from a number of options. We were taken to a private room at the back of the shop and Carla discussed any concerns and explained the process. My daughter didn't even flinch when the piercing was done and only complained of soreness for a few hours after. We were given cleaning solution and instructions of how/when to clean to avoid chance of infection. A week later and my daughter ears show no sign of any issues and she is over the moon with the result. I'm so happy we chose McQueen do have her ears pierced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. Thankyou.

Pregnancy massage as my friend had got me a voucher. Very welcoming and they were expecting me. I wasn’t given any instructions where to put my things in the room or how I should lie on the bed. Massage it’s was nice. Very gentle and relaxing (like stroking my skin with zero pressure). It was very different to any massage I’ve had before so couldn’t compare it. Relaxing but didn’t relieve muscle tension. Off putting at the end when the therapist was nowhere in sight, instead someone I hadn’t seen before saying “so did you want to book again”. I felt this was quite unprofessional and definitely off putting to actually book again. Never had a massage where the therapist wasn’t there at the end.

I’ve been visiting Sarah/Emma and the team for the last 6months and highly recommend the advice, treatments and service. My skin is improving and Sarah provides me with honest advice on what my skin needs and products to use. Enjoying my treatment plan and want to try more of their services in the future.
