I took my 5 year old daughter to the Orpington branch to have her ears pierced. She was excited but a little nervous and was immediately put at ease by Carla. She got to choose the studs she wanted from a number of options. We were taken to a private room at the back of the shop and Carla discussed any concerns and explained the process. My daughter didn't even flinch when the piercing was done and only complained of soreness for a few hours after. We were given cleaning solution and instructions of how/when to clean to avoid chance of infection. A week later and my daughter ears show no sign of any issues and she is over the moon with the result. I'm so happy we chose McQueen do have her ears pierced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend. Thankyou.

I visited for the first time today and will definitely be back . Lauren cut and styled my hair, she is so lovely, giving me lots of advice and tips. I had a great experience and love my new hair style, it looks healthy and shinier

I haven't used the hair services just yet but this salon has the best manicurist in Orpington. My nails lasted so long and is still shiny! Service was very quick and professional, manicurist did exactly what I asked for! Recommend 100%, finally don't need to worry where to get my nails done as having it done here!
