Kento is a brilliant hairdresser and colourist - my third visit and he gets it just right every time! The salon is really sweet and they stock Japanese hair colouring products which are really great on black hair.

I had a great experience at The Pond. The salon had a warm atmosphere. My stylist, Yuichiro, was fantastic—he listened to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions. The cut was exactly what I wanted. Overall, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back!

Maybe the best hair-salon experience I've had. Very calm and clean, (not hectic, no stress, no loud talking...) no waiting time. I'm so so happy! Booked a bleach regrowth + colour + cut with Honami. The whole experience was really lovely; Honami took the time during consolation to understand what I wanted and manage expectations, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And I looooove the result ! Definitely will be back.

I had best hair cut with Yuichiro. He was very easy to talk to, and he told me everything I needed to know throughout the hair cut, so that I feel comfortable. Will come back again definitely.

My teenage daughter really needed her hair cut. We always pass and say we must go in there one day. We went in to book an appointment and luckily we was seen there an then! Mika done an amazing job , she asked how my daughter wanted it cut and styled and done exactly that! My daughter has very long thick hair so it is alot of work!
